    Not worth the trouble

    I wouldn’t order from them again. I say that up front because I don’t want anyone to waste time — I wanted a simple battery replacement and ended up with a mess. Short version: coupon they sent me wouldn’t work on checkout, most items listed are actually out of stock (so you scroll and scroll), fees and shipping costs added up, and customer support was slow and unhelpful. Their site says 3–7 days for shipping; I placed the order, waited, saw a status say “out for delivery” on a Friday when I was home all day and nobody ever showed up or left a notice. That’s when things began to fall apart. I reached out via their online messaging, no real help. A few days later the status hadn’t moved, so I followed up. They told me to wait 10 business days (their FAQ mentions the same) and then later told me to check my spam folder (which, honestly, was odd because their emails were indeed going straight to spam). I sent another message saying I might dispute the charge and file a complaint if nothing moved. After that they told me they were canceling the order because I had initiated a dispute and that they wouldn’t issue a refund until the shipment was “back in their hands.” That felt like punishment more than policy — especially since their tracking hadn’t shown any delivery attempts and their quoted delivery window was already missed. I have worked with other vendors in this space before and never had to jump through so many hoops for what should have been a routine order; other companies handled coupons, stock, and refunds without drama. One somewhat surprising thing: their FAQ is fairly thorough and one automated email actually contained a clear link to the return policy (helpful, if only it had been timely), so there is some attention to documentation — but that didn’t offset the delays or the lack of human help. Also, the fees felt excessive for domestic shipping; I was charged high taxes and handling that didn’t make sense given the product was shipped from within the U.S. I looked at other customers’ reviews and found a lot of similar complaints, which confirmed I wasn’t just unlucky. Bottom line — poor inventory, confusing checkout (coupon that won’t apply), slow/no meaningful customer support, and a refund policy that seemed to favor holding funds until things are physically returned, even when the seller’s own tracking is inconsistent. I’ll be filing complaints with the BBB and my state’s consumer affairs office; consider that a heads-up. If you’ve had great luck with them, fair — but my experience was frustrating and I won’t be going back.

    Shipping mess, but glad it finally showed

    I’m relieved the order arrived and the device works, but the whole shipping/customer service thing was a headache. I ordered a replacement vape because my old one died and I’m trying to stay off cigarettes, so I needed it sooner rather than later. After 16 days with basically zero useful updates I started chasing them — the website just said vague stuff like “arrived at carrier” and the carrier status didn’t give a delivery date (how am I supposed to plan around that?). Customer service kept telling me “out for delivery” and then…nothing. A few days later they told me the carrier made several attempts and would send it back. At no point did anyone give a real delivery window or call/text to schedule, which is annoying when you work full time and go to school like I do. That said, when it did arrive the product was fine and I’m honestly grateful it wasn’t lost. I just wish they cared a bit more about communication — felt like once they charged me, I was on my own.
