I ordered three bracelets and when my order arrived two were missing. I reached out to the company and was told that style was sold out. One was a birthday gift. They offered to refund me or exchange for something else. The other bracelets I wanted were also on sale, but a little more expensive. I asked if they would honor the price I paid for the first bracelets, and I keep getting ghosted. I have reached out on facebook, via their support number, via chat, and each time am told we will let you know and have not heard. Their jewelry looks nice, but this service run around is a serious problem. Buyer beware I guess. Now I just hope I can get my refund. Also, when I try to login to the site now, it says it doesn't recognize my email, but I get emails from them. Too much work for a couple bracelets. If someone finally helps me out, I may consider another try. Otherwise, I do not have good things to say about this company.
