At first, I wasn't sure about switching to shampoo and conditioner bars, but when I got them as a gift, I ended up being really impressed. Right away, I noticed a big change in my hair - it felt cleaner, softer, and had a nice shine to it. It did take me a little while to get used to using the bars, but the lather they make is really great. I was surprised at how long the bars lasted; I used one shampoo bar for almost 4 months and the conditioner bar lasted even longer. I like that they have different bars for different hair types so you can customize. I contacted their customer support team with a few questions and they were super helpful and quick to respond. Overall, I'm really happy with both the products and the company.
Bamboo shampoo and conditioner purchase
The bamboo shampoo and conditioner totally blew me away. I was kinda unsure about giving them a shot at first, but when they showed up, I was super impressed by how awesome they smelled and how silky they made my hair feel. The bamboo holders that came with them were not only handy for keeping them organized, but also added a classy vibe to my bathroom. I've been using these goodies for a while now and I'm really happy with how they've worked out. I've even been telling all my friends and family about them, and some have even gotten them as gifts from yours truly. And the fact that they're plastic-free and eco-friendly is a major win in my book. All in all, I can't say enough good things about my experience with these bamboo products.
Haircare product purchase
I was a little unsure at first, but I went ahead and gave those shampoo and conditioner bars a shot, and let me tell you, I'm really happy I did. My hair feels so much smoother and healthier now, and I've actually noticed some new growth too. The customer service was top-notch, which just made the whole experience even better. It's awesome that they use all-natural ingredients that work so well, and I love that they give back to the community too.
Shampoo and body wash bar
I recently switched up my shampoo and body wash routine by trying out a new bar, straying away from my usual brand that my husband prefers. I found this new product randomly and decided to give it a shot, even though my husband wasn't too happy about it. So far, the bar has been amazing, making my hair and skin feel super clean and refreshed. I really like how the design is more feminine and the size makes it easier for me to hold compared to my old one. The scent is so refreshing, it puts me in a good mood every time I use it. But my husband is not a fan - he thinks it's too independent promoting and doesn't like the feminine smell and tingling it leaves behind.

Shampoo and conditioner bar
I had been switching products around alot previously as everything seemed to leave my hair dry. I had tried shampoo bars in the past and didn't like them but I saw good reviews and decided to try viori. Well, I've been using for 3 weeks and my long hair with bleached ends is shiny and hydrated and I haven't been dealing with the usual winter static either!! I'm so happy I found these products, my whole family of 5 are using these bars and we are all very happy!
Viori Hidden Waterfalls Shampoo and Conditioner Bar
Okay, so I have extremely curly and frizzy hair. I've been searching for my whole life for a simple curly hair routine that was healthy and clean. I went through so many different types of shampoo and conditioner and gels and masks. I never really felt content. Either the products were too heavy for my mess of different curl patterns or my frizz was amplified. I wasn't expecting much when I tried Viori. If anything I expected the worse to happen since other shampoo bars destroyed my hair in the past. However, whatever the heck is in these bars it has brought out a softness and curl pattern I haven't seen in years. I am very happy with my purchase and after using this for a while I can see it is consistent with its results. Honestly, thank you Viori. I feel more confident and like myself when my hair is nice and manageable. I also can't complain about the price considering what I was spending on products before. I used to have issues with dandruff too but some how that problem has disappeared as well. I've never had a product that I could call "holy grail" but I finally get what the phrase means and consider my hidden waterfalls shampoo and conditioner bar a holy grail product for me. <3 Thank you again Viori!
It has been a gift to me as well. After a scary increase in my' hair fall' Viori has all but stopped it. It also leaves my hair feeling like I remember as a child.
Shampoo bar; conditioner bar
Shampoo and conditioner bar arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged. (Viori then emailed me a discount valid only on a first purchase, which was annoying! ) First use really did seem to leave my hair feeling soft and strong... but also dried out the ends so badly that they were a frizzled mess! Not sure whether to continue using to see whether other claims are true. Maybe if I also finish with hair oil to compensate! This was their type recommended for dry hair, but I think anyone with dry hair should probably avoid it.
I placed an order at the early part of April 2021; I received an email on april 12th indicating my order was on it's way; I have continually checked the UPS tracking number and as of today, April 28th, a label has been created but nothing has been received by UPS for shipping. How long does it take? I am very dissatisfied by this kind of customer service.

So I was having buyer’s remorse after ordering; what am I doing spending this much more on products than I am used to spending? I have used bar shampoo before and know it lasts longer but....And then I tried the shampoo and conditioner this morning and after just one use my hair is soft and much less frizzy. Smells wonderful and I am looking forward to seeing if it increases volume and strength.

All purchases both domestic and international will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). They will do their best to ship orders within the next 1-2 business days. Orders shipping within the United States will arrive between 3-5 business days once the order is shipped and orders shipping outside the United States will arrive between 10-14 business days once the order is shipped. During the holidays, international customers may experience delays and longer shipping times. If you would like to cancel a recurring order, they need at least a 48-hour notice to try and stop it. If it has already shipped, they cannot stop or edit it, but they are happy to help you start the process to return for a refund or exchange. If you are unsatisfied and would like to return your order, they will allow it as long as the bar is at least 75% intact and it's within 30 days.
