Viper TEC Black Reaper DA OTF
Ordered the black reaper from Viper Tec on the 2nd of July 2022 and received my order on the 8th of July ahead of schedule. Throughout the wait for my purchase Viper Tec sent multiple emails keeping me informed about my order. I also caught the knife on sale so that was a plus. So far I've had no issues with my purchase but I've only had it for 5 days. Plan on reviewing the knife again after 90 days of use. Saw alot of bad reviews so I want to let people know that are on the fence about purchasing Viper Tec products that not everyone has had a bad experience with this company. Definitely looking to purchase another knife as soon as possible from Viper Tec directly
Knife purchase
Hey guys, I gotta tell you about this bad experience I had. I ordered a knife from this shop more than a week ago and it still hasn't even shipped out yet! On top of that, they're dodging my calls and emails like they owe me money. Seriously, this company seems sketchy as heck, like they're just waiting to scam somebody. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them and their sister company "blade city."
Taser keychain
This company is absolutely terrible! It takes them forever to ship your stuff and then they come up with all these lame excuses for why it's taking so long. And don't even get me started on their emails - full of typos and misspellings, it's ridiculous. They blame everything on the holidays, but let's be real, they're always slow. I wouldn't be surprised if they're ordering goods in bulk from China and only sending them out when they have a bunch of orders. So shady and dishonest! I'm never giving them my business again, just a bunch of lowlifes.

I’ve bought 3 ok quality but lousy customer service. You can’t reach them on the phone and they don’t return emails. Never received the 3rd knife ordered so I got ripped off or over $100 bucks
Mini Phantom Tanto and D2 Ghost satin finish
Bought the mini phantom and no issues just had to wait a few days for the item to arrive so I turn around and decided to acquire the D2 Ghost tanto satin finish and place a 3 day delivery and am currently awaiting that to show up, I've seen too many negative reviews on this company yet I've had no problems they personally text or call me ahead of shipping the order and after if there are any delays or other issues which I appreciate. Thanks Viper Tec for keepin me informed of my items.
I ordered may 12
So I placed an order may 12 was told I'd have a tracking number within 72 hours long and behold didn't get a tracking number till may 23rd it's now may 29 and guess what I get a text saying my item should have been delivered how do I like my knife as though I have it when the tracking information I have said it hasn't even made it to USPS terrible company and customer service they don't answer or return calls but they have no issues flooding your email and text messages with discounts galore
Shipping is horrendous.
I ordered my OTF knife Dec 1, 2020. Emailed them a week later and got an email that is was sent on Dec 10 2020 via USPS. Was hoping to get it for Christmas for a Christmas present. Kept checking USPS and there were a few updates (not many) and I got notifications that there were no updates for over 8 days, couldn't get a refund and have Viper-Tec get USPS to return the knife.
Finally the knife arrived on December 29 2020. (28 days / 4 weeks). I know with COVID things are delayed but 9 days to get it to USPS is a little much and no follow up, read others complaints the better business bureau about their shipping.
