Plug-in issue with play button on keyboard
The plug-in that is supposed to let me use the play button on my keyboard messed up my system, and now I can't even pause regular videos or music from other apps. It's really frustrating and annoying to deal with this problem, especially when all I want is to enjoy my music without any interruptions.

Dear Sirs and Madams,
I am being completely sincere when I say this; Vox Player may offer some good looking and sounding options. However, behind the scenes it is an absolute horror show of an application. It is massively CPU intensive and displays some very odd behaviour behind the scenes on your mac, it behaves as it wishes whether you try to quit it's background activity or not. Their customer service and tech support blow off paying users all the time with tired promises of help but NEVER deliver solid workable solutions to problems. Just go and have a look at the list of exasperated customers posting questions on their blog. Here is the best bit: You can upload your music to their cloud, yes that is true. You can stream it back at the best quality your connection will allow, BUT asking Vox to simply play your local collection of files (Your original lossless collection etc) opens the door to a world of frustration. It continually streams material and will not simply play your files. They have recommended odd fixes for this using the mac terminal app. Entering these commands can cause further problems that most general users will not be able to resolve and should not ever have to worry about such nonsense. Frankly, finally and in conclusion; Vox player is a bloated RAM guzzling piece of nonsense and the people behind it are deceptive in their claims of it's merits. "lightweight and fully featured" - That's hilarious. It will and should disappear.
