Not great at first, but they did something — slowly
I’m glad the money for the pad was eventually refunded, but the whole ordeal made me suspicious and annoyed. I ordered this thing after saving up for months (seriously, it was my little reward), and I started using the tracking like a maniac the second it shipped. First impression: looked promising on the site, fast checkout, felt good. Then FedEx apparently lost the package and everything turned into a mess. WallHack’s first answer was basically “ship it back if you don’t want it” — uh, how, when FedEx has my package and won’t give it to anyone? I felt like a dude stuck in customer-service purgatory, you know? I had to chase both sides, send emails, repeat myself, and it took ages. I paid about $70 just for shipping (premium service — ha), and they wanted me to pay to return what never arrived. That stung. After a lot of back-and-forth and some pointed emails (yes, a little passive-aggressive), WallHack finally issued a refund for the pad. I haven’t seen the cash in my account yet, but at least they answered and made it right in the end. So I’m skeptical and annoyed — and honestly a bit relieved. If you buy from them, maybe pick a better courier or double-check shipping terms. Also, keep receipts. Lesson learned.
