It felt like our living room turned into a trial lab while my husband tried one thing after another, and this balm actually did something. He'd had constant back pain for over two years and refused steroid shots; after four days of using it he was moving with less stiffness — not cured, but clearly better. Smells strong at first and you need to apply regularly, but it's worth a try.
