ordered blades last week because my stockers were shot and they were supposed to come a number of days ago. the USPS tracking just says "in transit, will arrive late" its understandable if it was a day late but a whole week late is completely ridiculous. within the past two weeks, I ordered 5 Items for my car, 4 of which I already received or will receive tomorrow (One of which is coming from China)! they all use the same carrier which was USPS, so i'm finding it difficult to believe its a shipping carrier problem. more like WBUSA does not take their customers into account and is just after making money. and i still have yet to receive what i paid for. When I contact WBUSA all they give you is some stupid 3 option path which all lead to you leaving them a message that they will not return. when I sent an email out, i got some generic response that they'll look into the matter and contact me back which (surprise surprise) they never did, and now if i want to cancel/return my order i must wait 30 days so I can get my money back. 100% will not order ANYTHING from there again. 100% do not recommended unless you take delight in being scammed and taken for a loop
Never received order. Company doesn't take responsibility for package never received. Not helpfin any way sending redundant email blaming UPS for shipping issues. Went to local auto parts store to purchase wipers in a snow storm...
Purchased wiper blades on April 18, 2020. Tracking info only indicated preshipment. I Had not received them. Sent an email requesting a refund on May 2. Bill, from customer support, indicated in his email that i have to wait 30 days before requesting a refund (a long time but with COVID 19 understandable). I sent another email on May18, indicating I still haven't revived the wipers and wanted a refund. In Bill's reply, he asked if i wanted a refund or a replacement, which was strange enough since I asked for a refund now two times. My reply was a refund since I had already purchased the wipers from a local store (really, my wipers were broken and couldn't wait any longer). The next email I received was, "Your order has already been shipped. Yes you may return the order for a full refund assuming they are unopened and in new condition. FYI: if they have been opened or are damaged there will be a 20% restock fee. We recommend USPS First Class Package as it's the most affordable. But any shipping method is fine. I resent the email saying i want a refund issued. Now it is a waiting game since customer service only responds a day later. I just want my refund for an order that was never received.
Ordered blade and it’s been sitting at Oregon post office for over ten days. Emailed company and all I get is some automatic reply and excuse . Sorry, even with the pandemic other companies are getting their products out. No way to get in touch with them. May be cheaper but after they take your money and you get nothing for it, you feel as though you’ve been scammed. Not worth the trouble and dealing with callous replies. Very bad company
