I almost gave up on this order, but the moment I knew it was worth the wait was when a real person finally replied and sorted things out. I first saw the product on a friend's Instagram story and even told my sister to check it out (she ended up ordering too). I placed my order on Feb 10 and my card was charged right away. For a couple of weeks I had nothing — no shipment, no reply, and the website promised 6–10 days. I emailed three times and got radio silence, which was annoying. Then around Feb 26 an agent reached out, explained the delay, sent a tracking number and offered a partial refund for the hold-up. The package showed up two days later. So yeah, the delivery and the item were fine, customer service was slow but ultimately resolved it, and I felt genuinely relieved when tracking finally moved. I'd say it's usable and I might recommend it with reservations — just know you may need patience and to be persistent.
Bank app and silence
I was staring at my bank app when I realized over $200 had left my account for a food order I didn’t want anymore — and then nothing. I emailed a bunch of times to cancel and to arrange a return, I really did, maybe more than a handful, and got one reply and then silence. The delivery itself actually showed up fine, that part was okay, but the customer service has been frustratingly absent. It’s annoying because the T&Cs seemed to allow a refund within 30 days, and I tried right away, so it feels unfair. I’d advise people to keep screenshots and chase them by phone if you can. I’d like them to actually reply and fix this — that would make a big difference.
That rabbit finally did it
The moment I knew it was working was a random Tuesday — my usually picky, itchy dog plopped down and actually slept at my feet instead of pacing the house like a maniac. I’d been low-key skeptical after trying a bunch of raw brands, but I ordered Zenoo’s rabbit mix, it showed up fast, and they even tossed in probiotics. That little bonus probably made the switch way smoother than I expected. The food looks clean, smells fine, and yes, my dog is licking the bowl now — big win. If you’re hesitant, grab a small pack first and give it a week or two; stick with it and you might be surprised.
Worth it, but pricey
it's worth trying if your dog is picky, though I wanted cheaper. Short version first — my picky toy poodle actually prefers Zenoo over other freeze-dried brands, so I'm resigned to paying more for something he'll eat. We tried a UK freeze-dried brand that my mum gifted us and after a month it was clear he went for Zenoo every time. We’d been on a six-month subscription, paused it when we had the gift, then re-signed up because the turkey flavor is his go-to and rabbit is next on our list to try. A few practical notes: as a pup he was getting about 40 g for one meal so we were ordering four packets a month; now at almost one year he eats only 60–70 g a day so we’ll move to full-time Zenoo and cut frequency. Initially I docked a star because subscription perks stopped after the first purchase — no more freebies — but Zenoo later added small freeze-dried samples with subscriptions, so that improved things. Price is still the main gripe: freeze-dried raw is expensive across the board, not just here. If cost matters to you, factor that in. If your dog is finicky like mine, it could save you frustration. My advice: try a short subscription first, see if your dog genuinely prefers it before committing.
