I started freaking out the day of the send-off — no gift, no tracking, and nobody answering emails. We needed that retirement present fast, so it was super awkward. Company gave zero replies, which felt unprofessional and left me scrambling. On the bright side my bank reversed the charge so I wasn’t out money, but still wouldn’t order here again.
Strange mix, not the bottles
I was iffy about buying—description sounded too good. Got a basket, none of the three named ales arrived. Replacements were okay, not the same. Would double-check next time.
Flat cans, flat service
Ordered a 24-pack and when I opened it the beer felt thin and cheap, like budget stuff — not what I expected. Cans looked generic and the case arrived late from a NJ address with no company name. Charged $120 but it sure didn’t feel like a $120 buy. Support sent a stock apology and no fix. I’ve had better trips with other sellers, honestly a letdown.
