I was halfway through my first meal with the new chef's knife when I noticed how sharp it was — seriously sharp. I bought it last month with some wine glasses; first impression was nice weight and a clean edge. The staff helped when I had questions. Only gripe is the handle gets a bit slick when wet. Still, mostly pleased, not perfect but it works.
Sharp upgrade
these knives and glasses actually made my sad weeknight pasta feel like something more — legit impressed. I ordered from The Mancave because I wanted stuff that looks good and actually works. The knives are sharp and balanced, the glasses have a nice weight, and I found myself using them every night. I hosted a few friends and everyone noticed (one kept saying "ooh" like a weirdo). Small flaw: one glass had a tiny air bubble, but whatever — didn't ruin it. Felt oddly proud, kind of silly, but happy.
