I first saw the shop on a friend's Instagram post and bought a bundled birthday gift. Ordered three weeks before the party, but it didn't arrive for the date and still wasn't complete weeks later. Customer service eventually said some items were out of stock and asked me to wait; then they shipped part of the order. It's been messy, slow and confusing. I tipped a colleague — won't recommend based on delivery and support.
