Okay so, weird start — I took my dog in and was nervous, but the moment they said they'd cover the treatment I actually relaxed. Didn't expect how fast they approved it, honestly. It felt like they thought of everything. If you're on the fence, give them a shot — I was pleasantly surprised, for sure.
Rough ride, but claim paid
