Defective Speed 2.0 lace-ups
Before you drop some cash at this store, you might want to reconsider. I picked up a pair of lace-up shoes and noticed some defects on one side. I tried to get it sorted out with them, but they insisted it was just normal wear and tear, which is totally bogus because it was clearly a manufacturing problem. How crazy is that? I even offered to swing by with the shoes so they could see for themselves, but they straight up refused. It seems like they're not willing to own up to their quality control slipping. All in all, the product was shoddy and the customer service was a nightmare.

Cold brew coffee and pastry
The cold brew coffee was really good, super smooth and full of flavor. And the pastry? So fresh and yummy. I was totally happy with what I got and would totally tell others to check it out. The customer service was great, they were really nice and quick, and the prices were fair for what you got. Delivery was fast too, everything came in perfect shape. All in all, my experience with Refresh was awesome and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
