Wearable technology purchase
I've been using wearable technology since it first came out, starting with the original campaign that launched the product. The team has worked hard to make the app work great, especially after testing it thoroughly during the development phase. The customer service here is really good, they respond quickly to questions and give solutions that work well and fast. They not only respond quickly but also listen to feedback and work to make their products better for us customers. Using wearable technology has really helped me feel better, I sleep better and don't need melatonin sprays as much anymore. And, the new product they introduced, the Sleep Pad, has made my experience even better. Setting up the Sleep Pad with the app was easy and it's really convenient, better than I expected. I can't wait to keep using it and will definitely give more feedback later on.

I discovered this amazing product after hearing two popular podcasters rave about it. As a PhD student, I'm always knee-deep in research articles and need to keep my focus while studying. I recently got this necklace that's supposed to do some cool stuff, so I decided to give it a shot. It was actually pretty intriguing, not gonna lie. It took me a few attempts to really feel the effects, especially when I was trying to wind down and go to sleep at night.
I thought it would be nice to wear it while sleeping, but wearing it around my neck or head was just not comfortable at all. I just bought the energy and relaxation blends from Hapbee and I've been using them for a few weeks. Let me tell you, I'm really impressed with the results so far. Solid Use of Hapbee
I bought something from this company not too long ago and I'm still not sure if it's working after using it consistently for two months. My biggest issues were trouble sleeping and dealing with anxiety, but the Deep Sleep signal hasn't really done the trick for me. I've been trying out other signals like winding down and power napping though. I'm really looking forward to see what new blends and signals they come up with in the future, hoping they might just be what I need to feel better.

Monthly subscription cancellation process
I was really let down by how hard it was to cancel my monthly subscription with Hapbee. They don't even have a way to do it online, you have to email them. When I did, I got an automated message saying my subscription wasn't cancelled yet. I had to respond to that and wait for a real person to finally cancel it. It was such a hassle and took up so much time. It really made me doubt the way they do business. I wouldn't suggest anyone become a customer after dealing with all that.

This company is terrible! I bought something and it turned out to be garbage. When I tried to return it, it took forever to get my money back. Their phone line never seems to work and the chat support is totally useless. I wouldn't recommend trusting them at all!
Happy Bracelet
So yeah, I came across this really neat bracelet on this podcast and it seemed like it would make me super happy, you know? But when I actually got it, I couldn't figure out how to make it work! I reached out to them for help, but no one ever responded, not even the podcast guy! So after a whole week of struggling, I just decided to return it and get my money back. It was a major letdown, dude.
Bluetooth wearable device<br>
I received this Bluetooth wearable device as a gift, but man, I was really let down! I spent more than thirty minutes attempting to connect it to my phone's Bluetooth, but no dice. I tried scanning the QR code and typing in the serial number, but it wouldn't link up. I've never had this much difficulty pairing a Bluetooth device, especially one that's supposed to be top-notch and pricey. Just in case, the serial number is A114920.
Sleep aid device
I've been using this sleep aid device for about a year, and I gotta say, it's been a bit up and down for me. It does help me get sleepy and improve my sleep sometimes, but it's not perfect. I still end up using stuff like the Calming app, CBT insomnia training, and even melatonin to make sure I get a good night's sleep. I wish this device was more reliable in its benefits and that I could get that 365-day guarantee for my purchase.
Sleep tracking comparison
I tried out a sleep tracking device and also Hapbee to see which one helped me sleep better. Unfortunately, I didn't really see any big improvements with Hapbee. Even after testing out all the different modes, I didn't feel any major changes in how well I was sleeping or how I was feeling overall. I know that products can work differently for everyone, but my own experience with Hapbee didn't live up to what I was hoping for in terms of getting better sleep.
Technical inquiry regarding incomplete order
I bought something from this company not too long ago, but I had a problem with my order. They charged me for everything, but some stuff was missing. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but I only ever got a robot on the line. Finally, I got an email back, but it took forever and the responses were all over the place. I figured out how to fix things myself, but it would've been nice to have some help. It took more than three months to finally get everything sorted out, and the customer service was super frustrating and not very professional.
