Wolf Project Face Masks
I recently bought some face masks from Wolf Project and had a bit of a mixed experience with them. The masks themselves worked well and lived up to my expectations, which was great. However, I did run into some problems with the shipping. It took longer than I thought for my order to show up, and on top of that, my bank hit me with an international transaction fee that I wasn't expecting. I live in the US and assumed I was dealing with a US company, so that kinda threw me off. But hey, despite all that, I really liked how the mask felt on my skin. It was super soothing and hydrating, which was perfect for my dry winter skin with all its lines and wrinkles. My only wish is that there was an option to warm up the mask for some extra relaxation. In the end, I see these masks more as a little luxury treat rather than something I'd use every day. The customer service team at Wolf Project was really on the ball though. They reached out to me multiple times to help sort out the issues with my order, and they even refunded that pesky international fee, which was a nice touch.
