I live in the US and assumed I was dealing with a US company, so that kinda threw me off. But hey, despite all that, I really liked how the mask felt on my skin. It was super soothing and hydrating, which was perfect for my dry winter skin with all its lines and wrinkles. My only wish is that there was an option to warm up the mask for some extra relaxation. In the end, I see these masks more as a little luxury treat rather than something I'd use every day. The customer service team at Wolf Project was really on the ball though. They reached out to me multiple times to help sort out the issues with my order, and they even refunded that pesky international fee, which was a nice touch.

I've been using their products for a while and I really like the quality, but I can't ignore the fact that they're way too expensive. I've been paying almost twice as much for the Hydrating Mask compared to their website price. I've tried reaching out to them about it, but I haven't gotten any response. It's frustrating to see a great product paired with such poor management.
Eye booster masks
I bought the eye booster masks from Wolf Project, but, man, they really let me down. The masks didn't deliver on the promises the company made. It's kind of fishy that all the people in their ads look young and don't seem to have any skin or eye problems that the masks are supposed to help with. The fact that they won't take returns or give refunds is a huge red flag for me. Why wouldn't a company back up their product and offer guarantees like most other good companies do?
I also had issues with their subscription service. I tried to cancel multiple times, but they kept sending me stuff and charging me. When I contacted their customer service, all they said was they don't do returns or refunds. That just doesn't sit right with me. That's sketchy business stuff and their ads are kind of misleading too. I'm pretty disappointed with their lack of transparency and care for customers. Free sample experience
My experience with that free sample offer from this company was really disappointing. I thought it was a great deal - just pay a small shipping fee and get a free sample. But after I gave my credit card info, they ended up charging me for a recurring order that I didn't even say yes to. I sent back the products all brand new, but getting a refund was such a hassle. At first, the customer service person said they refunded me, but I never saw the money in my credit card statement. When I asked again, they said they couldn't refund me because of a damaged package, even though they previously said they refunded me. It's really a letdown how they're not being honest and fair about this whole situation.

Two packages received without indication
After I ordered, I got two separate packages unexpectedly. The first one had the wrong stuff in it, so I emailed to ask what was up. But I never heard back. Then the next day, the rest of my order showed up in the second package.

The products were totally useless and such a waste of my time and money. I was really let down by how little those eye patches and eye roller did to reduce puffiness. And it's so annoying that even after I made it clear I didn't want a refill, I'm worried they might still try to push one on me just to make a sale. It was a huge letdown overall and felt like a total scam.

I bought these eye patches thinking they would give me a good pick-me-up, but they ended up being a letdown. I even tried putting them in the fridge to see if they would stick better, but no luck. I've used three so far and can definitely say they just won't stay put on my face, so I can't get any benefits from them. It feels like a waste of money on a product that needs some serious work - they should have tried them out before selling them. I'm really disappointed and would like a full refund.
Subscription that never arrived
I'm really upset with this company. I signed up for a subscription months ago and still haven't gotten any of my orders. What's even worse is that I canceled my subscription, but still got charged for another order that I never got. It's really frustrating to have paid for two orders and not gotten anything. And those nice emails thanking me for orders that never came just make it even more aggravating.
