Sandals purchase
I bought a pair of sandals at that store not too long ago, and man was it a disaster from beginning to end. Ordering them was easy enough, but that's pretty much the only good thing about it. The customer service was terrible – the reps just didn't seem to care about helping me at all. The prices were decent, but dealing with all the problems wasn't worth it in the end. And don't even get me started on the delivery. It took forever, and when the sandals finally showed up, they were damaged. Definitely one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had.
