    Last-minute holiday gift

    I recently bought a last-minute holiday gift for a kid from this company. Unfortunately, they ended up selling me a pair of shoes that were not actually in stock. They said the shoes would get to me by Christmas, but after a week of getting the runaround, it was clear that wasn't happening. I had to go through a long process to try to get my money back so I could buy a different present, but was told it would take at least four days to get my refund. Even after sending multiple emails looking for a solution, I'm now stuck without a Christmas gift, and I'm really let down by the service I got from this company.

The customer service was terrible – the reps just didn't seem to care about helping me at all. The prices were decent, but dealing with all the problems wasn't worth it in the end. And don't even get me started on the delivery. It took forever, and when the sandals finally showed up, they were damaged. Definitely one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had.

    I recently bought a pair of sneakers online from this company and it's been a complete nightmare. It's been almost a month and my order is still just "processing." When I reached out to customer service to check on my order, they actually asked me if I wanted to cancel it. I made it clear that I want the shoes I ordered, not to cancel them. I don't get why a shoe company can't handle getting shoes to people, it's literally their job. I'm fed up with this company and if buying shoes is this frustrating, I'll go somewhere else. Saving a little money isn't worth all this stress. The reviews show a lot of other people have had similar issues. The customer service is lacking; you call and it's like pulling teeth to get anything done. Bottom line, do yourself a favor and buy from a company that's actually reliable and respected.

    Extra Wide Shoes

    I gotta tell ya, I recently got a pair of extra-wide shoes from this store and man, it was a total nightmare. I messed up my order and tried to cancel it right away, but they wouldn't let me. The way they handled it was just awful - no flexibility or care for the customers. And being from outside the US, buying from this store already costs a lot, so now I'm stuck with these shoes I didn't even want. Places like Amazon know how to treat their customers right and make sure they're happy, unlike this store.

    Oh my goodness, this company is just terrible! I got these really cheap shoes and it was a disaster. First, my order got randomly canceled. Then they charged my account and it never went away. And their customer service is the worst! The folks on the phone hardly speak English and have no interest in helping. They just want to hang up fast. And forget about speaking to a manager, they're always "busy" and never call back. It's a total mess! I'm done with this place, I'll just stick to Amazon or Zappos.

    My experience with DSW was a real emotional rollercoaster. I gotta say, their customer service was super quick in responding to my issue with the order, which I appreciated. But man, it was a real bummer dealing with different reps who gave me conflicting answers. The first person I spoke to was helpful, but then things went downhill from there. It was like each new rep had a totally different story, you know? It made it impossible to figure out what was really going on. By the time it was all over, I felt like I wasted so much time and effort just trying to get a simple answer. If you're dealing with DSW, I'd say skip the online chat and hit 'em up on the phone or in person to save yourself from the same confusion I went through.

    Two pairs of running trainers

    I bought two pairs of running shoes on September 2nd, but I've been having a lot of problems with the order. I've sent several emails and tried calling customer service, but I still haven't gotten the shoes. I even asked to cancel the order, but haven't heard anything back. This is really not ok, it almost feels like they're stealing from me. I definitely don't recommend buying from this company because of how bad the experience has been. I'm going to keep trying to get my shoes or a refund, and I expect an apology too.

    I was so pumped to receive these adorable pink slippers I ordered online, but they never showed up! No email, no updates - nothing for two long weeks. So, I decided to give customer service a ring and they were totally rude! Wouldn't give me a refund or even tell me what went wrong. All I wanted were my slippers! I paid for them and all I got was sass from customer service. Usually love shopping here for shoes, but this time was just the worst. Why can't they show more love for their customers? First time I had an issue, so I just don't get why this happened. So frustrating!

    I just ordered a pair of shoes and another item from this store because they were running a promotion for a free $100+ bag with a minimum purchase. Even though I met all the requirements, my tracking info said the bag was canceled. So, I reached out to customer service and they basically told me tough luck. I had to take it up with a manager, who then said I'd only get the bag or something like it if I made another purchase. It seems like they're tricking customers with false advertising just to get us to spend more money.
