Black leather ankle boots
These black leather ankle boots are seriously amazing. They look good without even trying, plus they're super comfy for wearing all day long. The quality of the materials is top-notch, and the design is really impressive in every little detail. I like that I can dress them up or down, so they're a versatile addition to my wardrobe. And the fact that they were made ethically and support sustainable fashion practices just makes me feel even better about buying them.

Cheap shoes
Oh my goodness, this company is just terrible! I got these really cheap shoes and it was a disaster. First, my order got randomly canceled. Then they charged my account and it never went away. And their customer service is the worst! The folks on the phone hardly speak English and have no interest in helping. They just want to hang up fast. And forget about speaking to a manager, they're always "busy" and never call back. It's a total mess! I'm done with this place, I'll just stick to Amazon or Zappos.

Waterproof hiking boots
These boots were supposed to keep my feet dry during my camping trip, but they ended up leaking within the first hour of wearing them. Not only were they uncomfortable, but they also didn't hold up to their promise of being waterproof. I was really bummed about the low quality of these boots and felt like I wasted my money. The sizing was off too, which caused blisters and made my hike uncomfortable. All in all, a total letdown.
