Cap in wrong size
I was pretty bummed out when my order arrived and the cap was the wrong size. I tried reaching out to customer service three times to swap it for the right size like it says on their website, but I never heard back from them. The lack of communication really got me feeling frustrated and disappointed with how things went down.
