    Awesome cap purchase

    I got this awesome cap from here and it's seriously the best! It fits like a glove and looks super stylish. I feel like a boss every time I rock it. Even got some compliments from my friends. And let me tell you, the store had a bunch of other rad caps, I wanted to buy them all. Thanks for making such cool caps, I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Good communication is important in customer service, and not hearing back made me feel like you didn't care about me as a customer.

    Hat that didn't fit

    I bought a hat from this company, but it didn't fit me unfortunately. I followed the steps for a refund and got an email back pretty quickly. But since I sent the hat back, I haven't gotten my money back yet, and no one is answering my emails about it. FedEx says the hat was delivered to the company, so I'm thinking about talking to my bank or PayPal to see if something fishy is going on. This company has been a real pain, it seems like they might be scamming people. The person in charge should be held responsible for this shady business.

    I ordered a baseball cap on December 13th, hoping it would get here before Christmas. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything about my order. I've reached out to customer service through phone and email, but haven't gotten any responses. I'm really let down by this lack of communication and service, especially since I thought this company was better than that. Keeping customers in the loop about delays or problems with their orders should be a no-brainer, and it's surprising that it's being ignored here.

    Black snapback hats

    I bought a couple of black snapback hats as Christmas presents from this store back on December 14th, but I didn't get the order until January 3rd. And on top of that, one of the hats was missing from the package. I've tried hitting up their customer service through email several times, but haven't heard anything back. Their phone line isn't working either, so I couldn't even call to ask about my missing hat. I'm super frustrated and it seems like they just took my money without giving me what I bought.

    So, I got this hat, you know? And man, I was really looking forward to wearing it because it looked awesome online. But when I finally got it, the stitching was just all over the place! I mean, seriously? For $70, I was expecting way better quality. I could've just gotten a much nicer hat on PandaBuy, but I decided to give this company a shot. And let me tell you, PandaBuy totally takes the cake! I don't think I'll be shopping here again unless they step it up. Overall, I was just super let down by the quality of the hat I received.

    This place was just awful. The manager was completely clueless and had no idea what they were doing. It's honestly shocking that someone so unqualified could be in charge. I don't understand why the company would pick them, especially when the rest of the staff was really nice.

    Incorrect Size Hat Purchase

    I bought two hats for Christmas, but they were the wrong size. I returned them almost a month ago, but still no $89 refund. This company keeps messing up and it's really frustrating. Not having a phone number to call makes it even worse. Feels like they're dodging customers on purpose, especially during the crazy holiday rush. We gotta do something about it - maybe take legal action or team up to make them own up to their mistakes.

    Oh my gosh, do not buy from New Era! They totally canceled my order for no reason at all. They didn't even bother to explain why. It's super frustrating! I had to go to another store to get my hats. New Era's website is a complete joke. I really don't think they care about their customers at all. Ugh!

    I bought a Lakers sweater from this company for Christmas, but it never showed up. I tried emailing them a bunch of times, but they never got back to me until I finally had to complain to the BBB. Even after that, they said they'd give me a refund, but I still haven't seen it.     I bought a big cap from your site, but then I had trouble with the Return Portal. I kept putting in my email and order number right, but it kept saying it was wrong. So, I sent an email to customer service for help, but they just told me to use the Return Portal again. And when I tried to call for help like the website said, it said phone service wasn't available. The lack of good communication and support made me feel really frustrated and unhappy with the whole thing.
