    Yeah, so for Christmas I got like 7 hats as presents, which was cool. But, then they charged me for this random ornament that I didn't even order, which is totally not cool. I sent it back to them, but now I still haven't gotten my refund even after sending a ton of emails. It's so frustrating!

    This was the first time I bought a watch from this company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. I went with the REBEL-ART BY TJ EISENHART model because of its amazing design and the reputation of Swiss-made watches.     First time order - Jacket for weekend use

    I ordered a jacket for the weekend and paid extra for faster shipping, but I was bummed with how long it took to arrive. They said it would come in 11 days, but that was longer than I thought. I really needed the jacket for the weekend, but it didn't show up in time.

    Weight loss program

    Losing weight is really tough, but I believe I can do it with a little support. This program has shown me how crucial it is to eat well in order to shed those pounds. You don't necessarily have to work out non-stop, just focus on eating the right things! I'm so grateful I came across this program because it's really educating me on how to live a healthier life.     Curve clothing, Clearpay issue

    I really love the clothes they have for Curve! They have so many cute options and I wanted to get a few items, you know? I tried to pay with Clearpay since they say you can use it, but it wouldn't work no matter what I did. I could only get one thing and now I have to hope the other stuff is still there next time. Ugh, it's so frustrating!

    Best gaming experience I've ever had, WoW literally opens up for me from a new side! Hunting for Neltharion's trinket for more then 2 month, and guys help me get it on the second run, nice!

    My order took much longer than expected, but I have to say that they kept me informed the whole time, that's the only reason why I don't give them 5 stars in delivery. They emailed me letting me know that there was an issue with the carrier and that it would take a few more days to arrive. Of course I wanted to receive it sooner but hey! I know that shipping companies are independent, so it really wasn't Vibrosculpt's fault, and it would be kind of silly of me to say that they're a "scam" just because it took longer.
    After I got finally mine, I ordered an extra set of pads. Those were lost (again, by the carrier *sigh*), the shipping company said it was delivered, but I never got them. So I contacted Vibro asking for a refund, and they explained that in the cases where a package is lost, they don't refund, they simply reship (Cool!) so I filed a claim with the carrier, sent them the claim number, and they reshipped the package right away.
    Yeah, my orders were a bit more delayed than I expected, but overall, they did everything in their power to help me out with each situation.
    I'd give the shipping companies 1 star LOL but Vibro's definitely between 4 and 5 stars :)

    I did not have any reaction to your product. Sorry I didn't get a refund time flys on and I am sticking to the dried flower buds. You can send a message to my phone but I have to use my son's email.

    The first sign that it's working well is when it makes you post the same feedback about it more than 3 times in a row. Or it could be that you got a really good batch..

    Like many other I too had flooding damage from a burst water pipe during the Ice storm here in February. I submitted pictures, proof of loss form with item(s) cost and receipts where applicable. Other than an automated reply "we'll get back to you as soon as we can" and the initial quick response to my claim filing there has been no movement and it's almost two months now. I understand the Ice storm caused quite a few claims but there has been no settlement offer or any correspondence other than the auto reply above. According to the policy they have 60 days so will see where am at in 4 days from now.


    A follow up to my previous post. They (Troy my claims adjuster) responded almost immediately after I complained and they did indeed process my claims. I was missing a photo of my flooded/shorted desktop computer on the floor but after a few emails back and forth agreed my claim was legitimate even though I had no photo of it other than the ones showing my entire apt had flooded. These guys really came through in the end, thank you Lemonade, I know it's been a rough go of it the past couple of months dealing with the flood/ice storm claims. I'm with you guys.....

    Jacket and Sweatshirt

    Wow, you have to try hard to be this bad.
    Bought two items (sweatshirt and jacket - both Large).
    After over 4 weeks, ONLY the jacket showed up and it isn't a Large.
    Told them about BOTH issues but mainly, where is the sweatshirt (which was the main thing I bought and only added the jacket to get the free shipping since it wouldn't have been too much more.)
    THEY ARE SILENT about my sweatshirt (and do not even acknowledge that I said it never came).
    THEY TELL ME to give the jacket away to someone who it fits. I have NEVER had that response from a "company" EVEN FROM THE LOWEST of "fly by night" companies. Hmmm.
    They are "good" at "Ordering" (translated: they are good at taking your money.) They probably add this category in so it will help bump up the overall rating.

    Stay away from this website! After 3 months of waiting for 4 items and I filed a dispute with paypal they contacted me through the disputed. All of the sudden I had 2 tracking#. They seemed to rush the order. I received 3 out 4 items. Never received the 4th item. I escalated the dispute with paypal and the ruled out against me. Then othersr problem came out. The items are not as described. One of the the item order a jacket it is a completely cheap knock off. Quality and colors are way off and no to mention that none of the items fits. During the paypal dispute I ask that I would like to returns the items and get a refund. They stated that they don't offer return back and suggested to keep the items. On their website there is a return policy of 30 days that they are not honoring.

    I ordered quite a few Lionel replacement parts. Pricing was good, had most of the items I wanted in stock, quality of parts was good, description of some replacement parts could have been a little better.
    I will shop here again. I was surprised at the amount of replacement parts they carry.
