Hat that didn't fit
I bought a hat from this company, but it didn't fit me unfortunately. I followed the steps for a refund and got an email back pretty quickly. But since I sent the hat back, I haven't gotten my money back yet, and no one is answering my emails about it. FedEx says the hat was delivered to the company, so I'm thinking about talking to my bank or PayPal to see if something fishy is going on. This company has been a real pain, it seems like they might be scamming people. The person in charge should be held responsible for this shady business.
