I purchased a product and had a few issues with the delivery process
The customer service rep, Tony O., really went above and beyond in dealing with the issue. Even though there were some delivery hiccups for over a week, Tony showed empathy, knew his stuff, and was super helpful. He made sure to keep in touch and be there for me, turning what could've been a real headache into a good experience. I appreciate the top-notch service from the company.
