Hand bag purchase
My first time ordering from them totally sucked. I bought a handbag online, but it never showed up. They said it was delivered, but the signature they had on file wasn't mine, my family's or anyone I recognized. When I contacted customer service about it, they wouldn't even look into it or give me a refund or send a new package. It was just a bad experience all around.
