My time with this company was amazing! The customer service was seriously impressive, which is hard to find nowadays. I ran into a few problems with timing and shipping, but the person I spoke with was super nice and took care of everything right away. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy through the whole process. And believe me, I can be a tough customer.

Lost Luggage Fiasco
What a mess! We booked a bunch of flights with this airline, only to end up without our luggage for a full two days. We tried to find it, but the staff was no help at all and we didn't even have a reference number to go off of. Turns out, one of our three bags was totally gone and the airline had no clue until we mentioned it. This whole thing completely ruined our carefully planned year-long vacation, making us waste two whole days waiting around for info that never showed up. Flying with this airline was an absolute nightmare.
