Putting the couch together wasn't too bad, especially with some extra hands, and it seems like it's pretty sturdy. However, there was a little problem with a metal piece in the armrest that came loose while we were putting it together, but we were able to sort it out without too much trouble. As for comfort, the couch is mostly good, though the back cushions are a bit thin and don't give much support. On the bright side, the ottoman that goes with it looks really good alongside the couch. I'd say this couch is a good choice for anyone looking for something simple without dealing with pushy salespeople or the hassle of getting a big piece of furniture inside their home.
Comfy sofa with extra stuffing
I got this really comfy sofa from here and I absolutely love it! I know I'm not old like that other person who left a review, but I still think it's amazing. I didn't have any issues with back pain, thankfully. It would be great if they had more options for different ages and needs though. The staff here were really nice and helped me choose the perfect one. They even gave me some extra stuffing for free, which was a nice bonus. I suggest getting delivery from UPS or FedEx instead of used furniture trucks to avoid any bugs - gross!
Sofa bed
I gotta say, that sofa bed is comfy and tough, just like everyone was saying. But man, I wasn't ready for all the extra effort I gotta put in to keep it looking good. The back panels keep popping out all the time, and I'm always having to fix them. And don't even get me started on the smell. It was like a campfire when it first showed up, and no matter what I tried, I couldn't get rid of it. I ended up having to use baking soda and a vacuum to finally get that smell out of there. Such a pain.
Paper honeycomb base sofa
I bought a sofa with a paper honeycomb base from this company and I thought it was a really cool idea at first. But, after only 3 years, the sofa started sinking and losing its shape because the paper honeycomb base just wasn't holding up. Even though the sofa was comfy at first, the fact that it didn't last and the customer service wasn't helpful has left me feeling really let down.

Three-seater couch purchase
Oh my gosh, I found this amazing three-seater couch online and when it arrived, it was in perfect condition! The boxes weren't banged up at all and everything looked super clean. Putting it together was a breeze, and now we have plenty of seating in our living room. We even added some extra fill to the back cushions for more support. The shade of blue is adorable, and it's a breeze to clean dog hair off of it. It's really well-built and comfortable, we're absolutely loving it!

The couch I bought was pretty stiff and uncomfortable at first. But I added some extra stuffing and now it's way cozier. Even though the back doesn't line up perfectly, it doesn't really bother me when I'm sitting on it. I like the overall design of the couch and I'm still happy with my choice. It might not be easy to pack up for moving, but it does come apart into smaller pieces which is helpful. The instructions for putting it together could definitely be better though.

I bought this great sofa that was comfortable and stylish, but man, the customer service is terrible. They say it comes with replacement parts and a warranty, but I can't even get a hold of them for help. I've tried calling, leaving messages, emailing, and sending messages online, but nothing. It's a total bummer because I really liked the sofa and wanted to buy another one and get a replacement part for the one I have now.
Couch
I bought a couch not too long ago, and man, was I let down by the quality of it. It was all flimsy, parts didn't fit right, and the fabric was so thin. Putting it together was way harder than I thought it would be, nothing lined up like it was supposed to. Plus, the parts were packed in the box so tightly, it was a pain to get them out.

Their communication and problem-solving skills are seriously lacking, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Oversized back pillows that lack filler
The back pillows on the product I bought weren't as full as I'd like, so I had to borrow some filler from my other pillows to make them comfier. Generally, I'm happy with the product, but it would've been even better if the pillows were filled just right from the start. Thanks, Elephant in a Box!
Small Lounge Bundle with 2 ottoman
This thing is great! We got the small lounge bundle and it is so comfy! It was a breeze to put together and we were relaxing in no time. We also got the bed base and headboard and they are just as amazing. We are really happy with our purchase!
Tall couch, great customer service
I got this super tall couch thinking it would be perfect for my family, since we're all tall. Turns out, it was too big for our house. But let me tell you, the customer service was fantastic! It almost made me want to keep the couch just for that reason!
