Cell phone part
I recently got this really awesome new phone part that I had trouble finding in Germany. It was exactly what I needed and the service was amazing. They even sent me a WhatsApp message to thank me for my order and kept me updated the entire time. It did take a couple of weeks for my order to arrive from China, but it was definitely worth the wait. Plus, I didn't have any problems with customs either!

Three-seater couch purchase
Oh my gosh, I found this amazing three-seater couch online and when it arrived, it was in perfect condition! The boxes weren't banged up at all and everything looked super clean. Putting it together was a breeze, and now we have plenty of seating in our living room. We even added some extra fill to the back cushions for more support. The shade of blue is adorable, and it's a breeze to clean dog hair off of it. It's really well-built and comfortable, we're absolutely loving it!

Swimwear return due to size issue
Why is it always such a pain to find the right size? Ordering was a breeze, but now I gotta send back this swimsuit ‘cause they don’t have the size I want in the style I love. Super irritating, but fingers crossed the return is quick like the delivery. I’ll be on the lookout for more designs down the road.

Running shoes.
I just bought some running shoes from this company, and man, I gotta tell you, I am so disappointed with how things went down. Supposedly, the shoes were delivered on a specific date by the courier, but they never showed up at my place. When I called customer service, they told me I had to wait another 12 days for them to look into it. That's just not cool, and honestly, it's left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd advise anyone thinking of buying from this company to think twice, 'cause it seems like there's some serious delivery issues going on.

Collection of facial and fingerprints for stay
I just stayed at this place and was totally caught off guard by the fact that they wanted my facial and fingerprint info to give to another company. They never told me about this beforehand, and I was really uncomfortable with it. Even though three different people told me it wouldn't be needed, turns out that was totally false. I felt so let down and tricked by Sonder not being upfront and honest with me.

Luxurious vacation rental
Our time at the fancy vacation rental was pretty good, but we did run into a few problems. The pool and hot tub heat we paid extra for didn't work right, which was a bummer. It took a bunch of phone calls to finally get it fixed, but at least they gave us our money back. The house had big rooms with their own bathrooms, which was awesome. But the room my daughter was looking forward to wasn't quite like the pictures online - the characters weren't painted on the walls. Having some instructions in the theater room would have been handy too.
