I just got some shirts from this store and man, I was really let down. I made sure to check the size guide on the website and everything, but when they arrived, they were way too big and looked cheap. And then, to top it all off, there was no clear info on how to return them. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and the website, but no one even bothered to reply. This company seriously needs to step up their game when it comes to customer service and owning up to their mistakes.
