I recently bought some clothes from your store online, but they still haven't arrived. I reached out to your customer service to check on my order, but got no reply or update. It looks like a shipping label was made, but the postal service said it was "defective" and couldn't deliver it. After reading other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one dealing with this issue. It's frustrating to see this lack of communication and customer service causing problems for loyal customers. My experience with my order and customer service was pretty bad overall.
