Cool backpack
Hey, I picked up this awesome backpack from Alliance and I am absolutely loving it! The design is killer and it fits all my gear just right. The pockets are super convenient for keeping everything organized, and the quality seems top-notch. I can already tell this backpack is gonna hold up for a while. And it's comfy as heck to wear, even when it's loaded up. All in all, I'm stoked about my purchase and definitely would recommend it to all my buddies.

Shoes - Bad quality
I got these shoes and they were such cheap quality, the zippers wouldn't even zip right. I've been trying to return them for ages and haven't gotten my refund yet. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I'm never shopping at that store again, no way.

Slow delivery, unresponsive customer service
I bought some shoes on sale over a big weekend, but they didn't show up until 2 weeks later - and that was after the birthday they were supposed to be a gift for. Now I'm trying to send them back but I can't get a hold of anybody. What's the deal with that?
