    High-quality shoes

    I just bought a really nice pair of shoes from this store. The shoes are awesome - super comfy and supportive. But I was kinda bummed about the customer service. I had a question about my order, so I reached out to them, but their responses were slow and not very helpful. I think if they improved their communication and got back to customers quicker, it would make a big difference in the overall experience.

    I bought a pair of shoes from your store not too long ago and they were pretty comfy to walk in. But, I was bummed out by how they didn't really hold up well. After less than 50km of use, I saw a bunch of holes in the shoe fabric and the logo was already coming off. I was really hoping for better quality and durability from the shoes.

    Comfortable shoes, quality issues, poor customer service

    I bought these shoes because they were supposed to be super comfy, but I had a lot of problems with them. After only 100 miles of walking, they started getting holes where the shoe bends. When I contacted customer service for help, they were not very sympathetic and didn't offer any solutions or compensation. Even though I've been a loyal customer, they wouldn't even give me a discount on my next purchase. I felt really disappointed and frustrated because they didn't seem to care about quality or taking care of their customers.

    I recently bought something online from a website that said they were selling our stuff. But turns out, it was a total fake! When I called to complain, the customer service person basically said they can't do anything about those bogus sites and didn't really seem to care much about how it affects us customers.

    When I ordered from the Altra website, I had a big problem with returns. The shoes I got just didn't fit right, so I needed to send them back. But dang, the returns process was a total mess. The shoes had to come all the way from Italy, so it took forever to get my refund. It was like a whole month from when they got my return to when I finally saw that money back in my account. That's just not cool and makes the company's customer service look bad. After all that, I'd suggest getting Altra sneakers from a UK store that carries them instead of dealing with the website directly.

    Shoes sizing issue

    I picked up a new pair of kicks from this store not too long ago, and at first, I was really feeling them. But then I ran into a big problem with the sizing. These shoes were supposed to be the same size as a previous pair I had, but this time around they just didn't fit right. I tried to swap them out for a different size, but man, that process was a nightmare. The return and exchange info was tucked away on the website, and when I reached out for help, I kept getting those auto-reply messages for what felt like forever before finally getting the info I needed. And on top of all that, they hit me with a big fee to send back those shoes that didn't fit, and now they won't even cough up a refund for that charge. Talk about a rough experience! This whole ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth, and you better believe I won't be singing this store's praises anytime soon.

    Dissatisfied customer experience

    I just bought a pair of shoes from this company and man, their customer service was a huge letdown. The shoes started falling apart after just a few weeks, so I tried to get in touch with them for some help. I sent a bunch of emails and called them over and over again, but they never got back to me. It's so annoying to shell out money on something only to have it fall apart so fast, and then to be ghosted by the company when you need assistance. Clearly, they care more about making money than they do about actually helping out their customers.

    I bought something from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how they handled things. The customer service was seriously lacking and they took forever to process my return. It's been over a month and I still haven't gotten my money back. Makes me wonder if they're having money problems. On the bright side, the shoes I bought are actually really nice and I'm happy with them. If I ever shop from them again, I'll probably just go through a different store instead of dealing with their customer service again.

    Returned shoes, poor customer service

    I've been really let down by this company. I sent back some shoes and I've been trying to talk to them about my refund since January 10th. I've emailed them a bunch of times and tried calling, but nobody has gotten back to me at all. It's really frustrating how their customer service team isn't communicating or responding at all. I'd say to steer clear of buying from them and look for another place to get those shoes if that's what you're looking for.

    Altras that didn't fit

    So, I got these shoes from this company, but they don't fit right. I checked out their return policy before buying, and it said I could send them back through the company for a fee and get a UPS label. I did everything I was supposed to and asked Altra for permission to return them, but I never got the UPS label they promised. I've emailed their customer service a bunch of times asking for help, but no one has gotten back to me. It's frustrating that I can't send the shoes back without spending more money because the company isn't communicating with me. It's disappointing to think I might be stuck with these shoes that don't fit or have to pay a lot to send them back.
