The refund process turned out to be super easy and smooth. All I had to do was request a refund, get a digital post office barcode, and then drop it off at the nearest post office. The customer service team got back to me quickly within a few hours, which showed me they really care about making customers happy. Even though I didn't end up getting something else from them, I definitely trust them to handle returns and exchanges well, which makes me think about splurging on more expensive stuff from them down the road.

    I got this trolley case from a company, but when it arrived, the handle and zip were broken. I reached out to them and they initially promised a replacement, but then changed their minds because of my cancer treatment. I had to escalate the issue to the CEO and deal with managers who were not very professional – they claimed they spoke with Germany, but they didn't. Now they're trying to offer me a new case at 40% off. What a hassle! I suggest avoiding this company altogether, they are not honest and basically thieves.

    Heavy jacket return label issue

    I wanted to let you know that I really liked the stuff I got from your store, but I had a tough time when I tried to return a big jacket. The return label said it was for a 1 kg package, but the jacket weighed more than that. When I took it to the post office, they said it might get sent back because of the weight difference. I called customer service to sort it out, but the person I talked to was pretty rude. She kept interrupting me and making snarky comments like 'mama mia', which just made me even more upset. I think it's important for customers to be treated nicely when they need help, so it was pretty disappointing to deal with that kind of behavior from your team.

How can you honestly say that a $180 bib and a $279 bib are basically identical? It's essential to show customers the value in differences between products.     Misleading product color

    I bought a polo shirt from this store not too long ago, and I was super bummed out when I saw that the color and logo didn't look like they did online. I reached out through a few emails and they basically told me the color was right and I could either keep it or send it back. Not the kind of customer service I expected, especially for something pricey.
