The zipper pull on my coat broke, and I was really disappointed. But, I thought I should send an email to the company to see if they could assist me. And you know what? They did! They not only replied to my email, but they also gave me a credit for a new coat! How amazing is that? I just had to tell you about their awesome customer service. Trolley case with broken handle and zip
I got this trolley case from a company, but when it arrived, the handle and zip were broken. I reached out to them and they initially promised a replacement, but then changed their minds because of my cancer treatment. I had to escalate the issue to the CEO and deal with managers who were not very professional – they claimed they spoke with Germany, but they didn't. Now they're trying to offer me a new case at 40% off. What a hassle! I suggest avoiding this company altogether, they are not honest and basically thieves.
Raincoat warranty claim
I had this old raincoat that I've had for like almost ten years, and it started having some issues. So, I decided to contact customer service and sent them some pics of the problems. They got back to me really quickly and let me know that my raincoat was still covered under warranty. Heavy jacket return label issue
I wanted to let you know that I really liked the stuff I got from your store, but I had a tough time when I tried to return a big jacket. The return label said it was for a 1 kg package, but the jacket weighed more than that. When I took it to the post office, they said it might get sent back because of the weight difference. I called customer service to sort it out, but the person I talked to was pretty rude. She kept interrupting me and making snarky comments like 'mama mia', which just made me even more upset. How can you honestly say that a $180 bib and a $279 bib are basically identical? It's essential to show customers the value in differences between products. It's crucial to be knowledgeable about what you're selling!

I had a problem with the zipper on my winter jacket that has a lot of cool features. I reached out to customer service and talked to a rep named Rihanne. She was awesome! Really helpful and made me feel better about the situation. Luckily, my jacket was still covered by the warranty, so I received a store credit and was able to order some new stuff. Ski pants
I had to grab some new ski pants 'cause my old ones were too small. So, I headed over to the store, and man, the workers were so nice and really helped me out.
