KYC requirements for recovering lost funds
I recently had a really annoying experience trying to get my lost funds back on this platform because of their KYC requirements. I deposited some crypto coin and messed up one number in the tag, so they made me jump through hoops to prove my identity with all kinds of pictures and info. I recently bought some skincare products from an online company that I've been loyal to for a while now. I was really let down by the whole experience, and now I'm thinking twice about sticking with them. Normally, this company has been good about giving clear prices and being upfront about taxes and shipping fees. But this time was a whole different story. My package got delayed because of unpaid taxes, and that's when I found out that the company had actually taken out the taxes to make the shipping costs look lower. It was pretty disappointing to see them being sneaky like that, and now I'm not sure if I want to keep supporting them.
