Flea product backorder
I wanted to share about my recent order experience. I ordered a flea product that ended up being backordered. Even though that was a bummer, the customer service I got was amazing. They let me know right away about the backorder, and when I chose to cancel, the rep I talked to was super quick. In no time, my order was canceled, and I got a confirmation right after. Even though I didn't get what I wanted, the great service I got will definitely bring me back for more shopping in the future.
