Flea product backorder
I wanted to share about my recent order experience. I ordered a flea product that ended up being backordered. Even though that was a bummer, the customer service I got was amazing. They let me know right away about the backorder, and when I chose to cancel, the rep I talked to was super quick. In no time, my order was canceled, and I got a confirmation right after. Even though I didn't get what I wanted, the great service I got will definitely bring me back for more shopping in the future.
Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend freeze dried raw dog food
I came across this article talking about how wet/dry animal by-product foods aren't good for dogs, and it suggested trying out dehydrated foods instead. I was curious, so I decided to try Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend freeze dried raw dog food for my dog. Let me tell you, I am super impressed! My dog really enjoys this food, and I've seen a big change in his digestion and how he eats. I'm happy with my purchase and will definitely buy this food again.
Glucosamine supplements for my cat
I got these supplements for my cat 'cause he's getting up there in age and has arthritis. The shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but hey, at least I could keep tabs on where my package was at all times. This is the second time I've ordered these supplements for my furry buddy, and they really seem to make a difference in how he's feeling and getting around. I'll definitely be getting them again because my cat deserves the best.
Dog supplements
The dog supplements I ordered got here on time, but dang it, a bunch of the tablets were busted when I opened up the jar. Usually, I'll find some broken ones at the bottom of the jar by the time I get to the end, but this time there were broken ones right at the top, even though the top was all packed with cotton. Tough to tell if the damage happened during shipping from the factory to the store or from the store to me.
Refrigerated supplement for cat with kidney failure
When I bought a refrigerated supplement for my cat who has kidney failure, I was bummed to realize it needed to be kept cold. It would have been helpful to know that when I bought it. Unfortunately, my order got delayed because some items were out of stock, so the supplement ended up being delivered late and sitting at room temperature for a while before I could get it in the fridge.
Dog supplies
The customer service at this pet store was awesome! I bought some stuff for my dog and there was a small delay, but Healthy Pets got in touch right away to let me know. They even offered a refund if I didn't want to wait. They kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure I got my order. I felt super well looked after and will definitely be coming back to shop here again!

I was getting so many emails about my dog's heartworm pills prescription, even though it was supposed to be on auto-refill. I called and spoke to someone, but the emails kept coming. I thought they would sort it out after our call, but they didn't. In the end, I had to go get the script and mail it myself. I even sent an email to let them know I had sent it, but I still got more reminders. At least the price for the Sentinel was the same as last year.
Quick and easy purchase
Ordering from the website was super easy, no complaints at all. But man, the delivery process was a whole different story. I got my tracking number right away, but FedEx wasn't giving me much info after that. The package was just sitting in one spot for what seemed like forever. I couldn't help but think maybe I should've gone with UPS Ground for quicker delivery. Even though it took forever, the item did finally show up with no problems.
