Refrigerated supplement for cat with kidney failure
When I bought a refrigerated supplement for my cat who has kidney failure, I was bummed to realize it needed to be kept cold. It would have been helpful to know that when I bought it. Unfortunately, my order got delayed because some items were out of stock, so the supplement ended up being delivered late and sitting at room temperature for a while before I could get it in the fridge.

Low-quality sunglasses
I bought some sunglasses from this store, but they only lasted like two months before the hinges got all loose. Now they won't stay right on my face. Plus, the nose part is too wide so they keep sliding down. Super annoying, especially because I've had cheaper sunglasses that lasted way longer. Trying to get help from customer service was a bust, they didn't want to own up to the problem. I wouldn't suggest shopping here again, just not worth it.

Sandals purchased and returned
I bought these sandals from this company not too long ago, but man, before I could even get my money back, they up and shut down out of nowhere. When I asked for a return label, they conveniently left out the fact that they were about to close up shop. So, I sent the sandals back, tried calling them, and guess what? Phone number wasn't even active. Now I'm in a tough spot because I mailed the sandals back and there's no way to get my refund.

The socks I bought were a huge letdown. After only wearing them a few times, they started falling apart and got holes in them. And it wasn't just one or two pairs, it was all of them! When my socks get holes, I usually just throw them away, so shelling out so much money for such bad quality is not cool. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, and this really bummed me out.

Rusting Disability Ramp
I bought a disability ramp from this company around 9 months back and man, was I bummed out when I saw it starting to rust on the hitch and rollers. I reached out to customer service to chat about it, and they straight up told me it wasn't covered under warranty since it was made of a different material. On top of that, they asked me why I didn't say anything about the issue in the first 90 days of getting the ramp. Their lack of taking responsibility and not really caring about my concerns was super annoying and not cool. I was hoping for better quality and service from them, to be honest.
