Being disabled with mobility issues this appeared like the answer. But unfortunately it's been over 2 months with no ship of the unit yet no tracking number just empty promises. now to file the BBB claim this is crazy.

awful product management in house. They are selling product they dont have. I ordered mine 2 plus weeks ago and it still wont be shipping until next week if even then!
Next to impossible to get through and chat with someone...just forget about an actual phone conversation.
I wrote a review on their site and they replied to me but I don't see my review on their site.
Their response was more of a sob story than actually trying to help me but they are happy to take your money right away. BUYERS BEWARESame I have just keep getting promises it was shipped then a small refund and the same person with the auto responses. Absolutely garbage service.
I ordered my Levo ii a month ago and was given a shipping date. I still have not gotten a tracking number. I sent an email asking for the. Products or a refund. I still haven't heard from customer service.
I've been waiting for 2 months and still no tracking number, suspecting this is a scam. They keep changing the promised ship by date. Now to proceed to file claim with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
