    It’s easy to talk about a product. It’s either good or bad. I’m impressed by this company and I haven’t even received my Levo yet. I was curious the status of my delivery date and I was having issues with the Shop app vs. the information I needed so I looked into how to contact customer service and it was email only. My experience with email only customer service hasn’t been great so my hopes weren’t high. I heard back in 24 hours, my Levo was put into shipping before I got the email and I was sent a link to track it directly. Again, it’s one thing to talk about a product from a company and another to praise the inner workings and people of that company. I’ve never had better customer service so quickly. Definitely will recommend and be back.

    Levo 2, replacements parts, etc

    I LOVE my Levo 2. I've had it for a few months now with no issues. It saves time and improves every aspect especially clean up.
    It's great for first and old timers and highly suggested. The price is a little steep but it's well worth it especially as someone who has burned ghee more than once without it.
    My one suggestion is reinforcing the top. It's a very high quality machine but I worry the top hinge will end up breaking sooner than later..
    My only complaint is the Wi-Fii wknt connect. It's not something really needed tbh but it would he2 nice to be able to use a feature that's already there

    LEVO II is worth the wait! While it did take longer than I hoped to arrive, I've now had it for a few months and I'm so glad that I was patient. Plus the customer service team did a good job of keeping me updated. Making my own medicines has never been easier and I save so much money no longer buying premade edibles from the dispensary. I'm able to use my favorite strains and infuse them into foods. I've infused pasta sauces, drinks, and desserts. Next I'll try topicals! If you're hesitating to buy, just do it! I think they sell on Amazon too.

    Faulty product purchase

    I bought something on May 22nd that only worked once. I reached out to customer service for help, but after trying 3 times and waiting over 10 days, still no solution. They sent me a FedEx ground label and told me to wait 2 weeks if I sent back the broken unit with all the original stuff. I'm annoyed at the slow and unhelpful support, especially when they promise fast shipping for new orders. It's obvious they care more about making sales than making customers happy. Wish I had gone with Magic Butter instead.

    Large infuser purchase

    I bought this big infuser from a company, and things didn't go like I thought they would. When I ordered the infuser, I also got an extra pod to make things easier, but when the package came, the extra pod didn't work with the infuser. I tried to reach customer service to fix it, but I had a hard time getting through to them. After several emails, they finally offered me a discount on my next order to make up for it, but wouldn't let me return or exchange the pod.

    First, to all the negative reviews, it’s a startup and it sounds like they’ve got some kinks to work out, but the product is excellent! Customer Service worked with me promptly when I asked about my order and when I finally did receive it, I haven’t gone back to purchasing edibles since! Give the company time to get things straightened out, we’re all going through this virus together, after all!

    LevoC arrived broken. The package was TRIPLE boxed yet the product was still shattered. No response from LevoOil (txt, email, online chat)for 5 days so far. Submitted a warranty claim...no response. Very very disappointed

    Hey folk,
    I will start, the LEVO2 is fine product. The LEVO2 is very easy operate. The machine is a no brainier it does all the work for the owner.
    Everyone should understand any product can breakdown and, it did .
    With that said, the Company BLOWS ! They did send out a HORSE SHIT standard fits all email. Stating they would be back with you within 3 days or, less to correct the issue. They state their a small but mighty company . WRONG!
    They dont stand up to their word. Their is nothing mighty about that! If a person/ company can't stand up to their word what are they saying? Oh yeah folks , you got it right ! You just got feed a HORSE SHIT sandwich without bread!

    I am thoroughly enjoying making my own gummies and other treats! I've even made some lavender-infused body butter. It's been a lot of fun and a great investment!

    I was totally skeptical, but a friend convinced me to get one, and I gotta say, it has turned out to be an absolutely an amazing investment. Compared to what I would spend getting medicated gummies from the dispensary, it has more than paid for itself.

    Received conflicting emails about order confirmation saying i will receive it and shipped in a week and then the next day saying i had already received it such a scam i just want to know what’s going on customer service is not responsive and they post on Instagram several times a day and only respond to comments that are praising them and none for the customers that need help or questions answered

    awful product management in house. They are selling product they dont have. I ordered mine 2 plus weeks ago and it still wont be shipping until next week if even then!
    Next to impossible to get through and chat with someone...just forget about an actual phone conversation.
    I wrote a review on their site and they replied to me but I don't see my review on their site.
    Their response was more of a sob story than actually trying to help me but they are happy to take your money right away. BUYERS BEWARE

    I've been waiting for 2 months and still no tracking number, suspecting this is a scam. They keep changing the promised ship by date. Now to proceed to file claim with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

    Same I have just keep getting promises it was shipped then a small refund and the same person with the auto responses. Absolutely garbage service.

    I ordered my Levo ii a month ago and was given a shipping date. I still have not gotten a tracking number. I sent an email asking for the. Products or a refund. I still haven't heard from customer service.
