    Ordered $100 flowers. Was sent message stating that the flowers could not be delivered but they found an alternative delivery for $15 more. I declined and asked for refund. They countered, “how about $10?” “No thanks, please refund my money as I have made other arrangements.” “Ok, how about $5?” “Again, no thanks.” Someone will call you, they said. Caller, “We’re sorry, we can’t cancel the order“ “But I have already ordered elsewhere since you stated that you could not deliver”. “I’m sorry, the order has been placed, we will cover the extra $15”. Great, but now I have 2 flower orders based on your statement that you could not deliver. Still have not seen any flowers. They may end up being fine but why put me through this 2 hour long ordeal? My guess is that they placed the order thinking that I would agree to the $15 charge. Then, tried their best to get me to pay it, then a portion of it before finally conceding to paying it themselves. I spent an extra $10 for “large roses”. I’m sure that was a scam as well. Beware and save your money!

    No flowers arrived. Spent the better part of my 39th anniversary being ... around by this company. I’m not a complainer. I leave big tips even when the service is so-so. I own a business. I get customer service. That being said, I can say unequivocally that this was the worst retail experience of my life. Find another flower service.
