I ordered flowers on 1/18 for delivery on 1/23. I paid an express fee to have it delivered by noon because my mom was going to be out in the afternoon.
My mom called me late Saturday night (1/23) to state she did not receive the flowers. I called Just Flowers on Sunday, 1/24 to complain. They said they can't do anything until the local florist gets back to them. They said they would call me back. They did not. I called later in the day on 1/24 and told them that my mom got a call from the local florist saying they couldn't deliver on Saturday and if she wanted the flowers today. She said no and that she wanted a refund. The rep again said that they said they still need to confirm with the florist (the rep would not release the name of the name of the florist to me) but they claim the florist was CLOSED on a Sunday (I told her that's impossible since they called my mom on Sunday) and that someone would get back to me. No one did. I called TWICE on Monday, 1/25 and was told that the florist is claiming they DID deliver it and that they had a delivery log. I asked to see the log and it was emailed to me. It stated that the flowers were delivered at 4:10pm and there was a signature. Except...it wasn't my mom's signature. Whoever forged it spelled my mom's first and last name wrong. Terribly wrong. Also...my mom was at dinner at 4pm so there's no way it was delivered. The customer service rep kept insisting that it was delivered and I said it wasn't. So the rep did NOT believe me. Fast forward to Tuesday, 1/26. I called my mom's community club house and spoke to the manager. I asked if there were any deliveries made around 4pm. She said a local florist, FLOWERS TO GO (West Palm Beach) tried to deliver at 4:15pm BUT the it's a gated community and no one is allowed in to the community if someone was not home. So according to the community manager and the security guard, FLOWERS TO GO was denied entrance. I called Flowers to Go and spoke to Felli. She stated that they did NOT deliver the flowers on Sat. She confirmed that they were denied entrance. She also stated that she called my mom on Sunday (my mom already told me this) and said that they couldn't deliver the bouquet. So...why did Just Flowers claim the flowers were delivered when the local florist admitted to me AND my mom that they weren't? Who forged my mom's signature? Where did these flowers go?? Why didn't Just Flowers believe their customer?!!! I kept saying it was not delivered and the rep kept saying "well , the florist said it WAS delivered" essentially calling me a liar. After 5 calls to Just Flowers, my money was FINALLY refunded. I will never ever use them again.flowers for Mother's day
Ordered flowers for mother's day early on saturday morning and they promised a saturday delivery. Not delivered on saturday, then they promised a delivery on Sunday, then i get an email that they cannot deliver on sunday. Terrible customer service and they are a bunch of liars on the phone. Stay away from this company, i'll probably never get my $150 back.

I would give you 0 in stars, but one has to give 1 in order to write this review. Terrible - disappointing - absolutely disgusted with the manner in which you handled my order. You didn't deliver my order on time,even tho you had plenty of advance notice. My order was NOT what I ordered, but a POOR substitute that made a mockery of my effort to send a lovely bouquet for a Birthday celebration. Imagine my surprise to discover that it was delivered 2 days late, and made such a poor showing, that my sister thought I didn't care!
I called to complain, and the manner in which I was treated was the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. A bunch of daisies with fillers? That's not what I ordered -if you had to make substitutes, it SHOULD have been of at least equal value, not to mention to make up for the late delivery.
Take a pic & send to you? How - do you think everyone has a cell phone or a camera available? You can't take my word? You couldn't send a replacement? Tried calling for a manager - good luck ! -no effort to remedy a poor showing on your company. I give you 0 in service, pricing and delivery. Word of mouth is the best advertising a co. can have. This is a company you want to avoid - they bill your card immediately- care nothing about customer satisfaction- charge extra for everything & leave you hanging. I will tell everyone I know, meet or have occasion to refer: DO NOT USE justflowers - you will be disappointed! ORDER # 9404133. On this company's site, they say they give priority to funeral or sympathy flower deliveries--Yeah? Really? I ordered a sympathy plant flower combo online on a Sunday to be delivered to a residence Weds. Well--no delivery. After 4 emails and several apologies from JustFlowers and 4 promises that the arrangement would be delivered...it never was. I cancelled...I just hope they actually credit my card or I'm out $118. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The website has no way for you to track the delivery and all you get when you contact them are excuses.
Mother's Day Flowers
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are a complete rip off and they have terrible customer service. I ordered a $75 US bouquet that came NOTHING like the flowers I ordered. The bouquet came with 6 roses, baby's breath, 3 stems of mums and 4 dead carnations. This was the response:

I am incredibly insulted by the $10 refund as the flowers sent were not even close to the amount I paid. I wouldn't have paid $20 for them. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get a refund, however, their customer service is terrible and I have to repeat myself over and over again. I ordered flowers to be sent to my my mother for Mother's Day. At no time when I placed my order did the site let me know that they could NOT fulfill my order. They took my money (over $100). On Mother's Day, I received a text that my order would be delayed to Monday 5/10. On Monday 5/10, I received a text that my order would be delayed to Tuesday 5/11 (no explanation). On Tuesday 5/11, I received a text that my order was delayed to Wednesday 5/12 (no explanation). On Wednesday 5/12, I received a text that my order was delayed to Thursday 5/13 (no explanation). On Thursday 5/13, I sent an "inquiry" because that is the ONLY way you can communicate with the company, demanding that they cancel my order and refund my money. On Friday 5/14, I received a text that my order had been "further delayed." I sent an email to customer support demanding AGAIN that they cancel my order and refund my money. NO RESPONSE. On Saturday 5/15, I sent ANOTHER email demanding they cancel my order and refund my money. STILL NO RESPONSE. I have just filed a dispute against the company with my Bank to retrieve my money. REDICULOUS and I will NEVER EVER use this company again and I HIGHLY recommend that you do not either!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. They were not. I received a text that they would be delivered the following day. I contacted JustFlowers.com and was told by their agent that I didn't order from them. This is despite my credit card being charged by Just Flowers.com AND having an order number AND having received a text message from them regarding the order with a link to Justflowers.com. The flowers were not delivered the following day and when I attempted to call I waited on hold until the line was disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! ITS A SCAM!

I ORDERED MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS FOR MY WIFE THEY WERE TO BE DELIVERED ON MOTHERS DAY CAME A DAY LATE AND THEY WERE DEAD AND SOME BROKEN. TRIED CONTACTING COMPANY FOR TWO DAYS NO ANSWER CANCELED ORDER ONLINE THE DAY BEFORE THEY ARRIVED GOT NO COMFIRMATION # OF CANCELATION. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND CONTACT THE BBB.
Touch of Class
I am highly dissatisfied with the bouquet received. I ordered a same-day, Mother's day bouquet. First it was meant to arrive same day with a local 4pm arrival; it showed up the following morning. Second the flowers were not vibrant or close to the 'Touch of Class' bouquet I ordered. Daisies were swapped out for tulips and the display photo identifies at least a dozen deep pink roses. The down on their luck, maybe a grey-lavender rose came with 9 stems plus one yellow for good measure.
The bouquet was not full or bold & brilliant as described by the site. I can be understanding with needing to make swaps for what is available on a same-day order, but for $95 before delivery fees (total $128.13) Daisies and fewer sad roses are unacceptable. You are better off picking up a bouquet at the local supermarket and shipping them yourself! It would be more vibrant, and the timeline of delivery would be more accurate.Birthday flowers
The flowers were fine, but the company hounds you with an excessive number of emails. If you want our inbox filled with JustFlowers.com messages, go ahead and order. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their subscription list, but just get more emails, daily. I will never, never order from them again because of this.
