    Flower delivery in Mesa, AZ

    I just ordered this really pretty flower arrangement to be delivered to Mesa, AZ. The person getting the flowers was actually in the middle of moving to a new place, but Just Flowers was super cool about switching up the delivery spot. I was totally surprised by how nice the customer service was, and the person who got the flowers was over the moon about how beautiful they were. Even though I didn't really know much about the florists in Mesa, Just Flowers took care of everything and went above and beyond what I was expecting.

    Special delivery for someone far away

    I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing service I got with my recent order. I had to send a special gift to someone far away from me, and I really wanted it to be special. The delivery came right on time and looked amazing. The person who got it was really touched by the gift and it made their day.     Easy online ordering, beautiful flower arrangement, early delivery

    I had such a great time ordering flowers online recently. It was super easy and simple, which made it a breeze for me to find and buy the perfect arrangement. When my friend got the flowers, she was over the moon thrilled and surprised–she even sent me a pic of the gorgeous bouquet! The flowers looked even better in the pic she took! And to top it all off, the flowers arrived early in the day, so my friend didn't miss them when she went out to dinner that night.

    They offer the freshest flowers with such a good price . The services are helpful and they have the best flowers tpp
    alos the flowers they sent was fresh, pretty and really good fragrance

    I ordered flowers on 1/18 for delivery on 1/23. I paid an express fee to have it delivered by noon because my mom was going to be out in the afternoon.
    My mom called me late Saturday night (1/23) to state she did not receive the flowers. I called Just Flowers on Sunday, 1/24 to complain. They said they can't do anything until the local florist gets back to them. They said they would call me back. They did not. I called later in the day on 1/24 and told them that my mom got a call from the local florist saying they couldn't deliver on Saturday and if she wanted the flowers today. She said no and that she wanted a refund. The rep again said that they said they still need to confirm with the florist (the rep would not release the name of the name of the florist to me) but they claim the florist was CLOSED on a Sunday (I told her that's impossible since they called my mom on Sunday) and that someone would get back to me. No one did. I called TWICE on Monday, 1/25 and was told that the florist is claiming they DID deliver it and that they had a delivery log. I asked to see the log and it was emailed to me. It stated that the flowers were delivered at 4:10pm and there was a signature. Except...it wasn't my mom's signature. Whoever forged it spelled my mom's first and last name wrong. Terribly wrong. Also...my mom was at dinner at 4pm so there's no way it was delivered. The customer service rep kept insisting that it was delivered and I said it wasn't. So the rep did NOT believe me. Fast forward to Tuesday, 1/26. I called my mom's community club house and spoke to the manager. I asked if there were any deliveries made around 4pm. She said a local florist, FLOWERS TO GO (West Palm Beach) tried to deliver at 4:15pm BUT the it's a gated community and no one is allowed in to the community if someone was not home. So according to the community manager and the security guard, FLOWERS TO GO was denied entrance. I called Flowers to Go and spoke to Felli. She stated that they did NOT deliver the flowers on Sat. She confirmed that they were denied entrance. She also stated that she called my mom on Sunday (my mom already told me this) and said that they couldn't deliver the bouquet. So...why did Just Flowers claim the flowers were delivered when the local florist admitted to me AND my mom that they weren't? Who forged my mom's signature? Where did these flowers go?? Why didn't Just Flowers believe their customer?!!! I kept saying it was not delivered and the rep kept saying "well , the florist said it WAS delivered" essentially calling me a liar. After 5 calls to Just Flowers, my money was FINALLY refunded. I will never ever use them again.

    I decided to surprise my mom with a lovely bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. It was supposed to show up right on the special day, but I ended up waiting longer than expected. When I tried reaching out to customer service, I got stuck dealing with a frustrating automated system instead of speaking to a real person. The whole situation felt pretty disappointing, especially for such an important occasion like Mother's Day. Also, the price I paid for the flowers was way more than what was originally quoted. Eventually, the flowers did arrive the day after Mother's Day and my mom loved them, which made me bump up my rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

    Oh my goodness, I would definitely not recommend ordering from that place. I had the worst experience with their customer service. They completely messed up my mom's Mother's Day flowers not just once, but two times! And to top it off, they didn't even try to make it right. The staff clearly knew they made mistakes, but the manager refused to take any action. Can you believe they had the nerve to suggest I should be okay with a discount on a bouquet that had dead flowers in it, just because there were still a few alive ones? That is just crazy!

    I just bought some flowers from this place and man, what a great experience! They had so many different flowers to pick from and they were all really nice and not super pricey. I've used them before and always gotten compliments on the flowers. It was also pretty easy to find a flower shop near where I needed them delivered, which was super convenient. I'd totally use this service again down the road.

    The flowers I picked out for this woman who's usually tough to buy for ended up being so gorgeous and smelled amazing. The florist showed up just in the nick of time for the retirement bash, and the recipient was totally thrilled. She had never laid eyes on such lovely roses before, and the vase that came with them was just right. Thanks for putting a big smile on my recipient's face.

    Recent Birthday Flower Bouquet Order

    So, I ordered a birthday flower bouquet for my fiancé from this company, right? But man, when it got delivered, it was totally not what I asked for. I even splurged on the deluxe upgrade, but what showed up was not up to par at all. The flowers looked like they were just thrown in a tiny vase in a rush, nothing like what they had on their website. I sent JustFlowers some pics of the sad bouquet, and they asked for more proof, so I had to bug my girlfriend to snap some more photos. Their customer service and problem-solving skills were seriously lacking. I've had decent experiences with them in the past, but this one really made me think twice about using their services again. Honestly, I was super bummed about the shoddy bouquet and lackluster customer service.

    I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and I have to say, I was really let down by the service from this company. Even though I paid for the top-tier flowers, they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to. They kept saying they would deliver them for over a week, getting my hopes up only to let me down each time. I tried getting in touch with them multiple times, but they seemed to disappear and ended up just refunding my card without trying to fix anything. I wouldn't suggest using this company at all after that experience.

    The flowers I got for Mother's Day showed up a day late and were messed up when they got here. Even though my sister was at home all day, the company said the flowers arrived on time and wouldn't give me a refund when I told them what happened.     I recently bought some flowers for delivery and it was a total disaster. I paid for the flowers but never got them.     Thanksgiving floral delivery

    The flower delivery I got was a day late, even though they said it would come on Thanksgiving. I'm cool with the courtesy call to remind me, but they shouldn't have said they could deliver on Turkey Day in the first place. I know that's a crazy time of year, so I would've been fine with them saying it'd come on Friday. But hey, they did keep me in the loop on what was going on, so I appreciate that.

    I ordered flowers from this company on the 16th expecting them to be delivered the next day, but it's now the 22nd and they just let me know it won't arrive until tomorrow. The customer service team claimed they tried to contact me, but that wasn't true, and their lack of effort in fixing things is really disappointing. I won't be using this service again.
