Flowers
Ordered $100 flowers. Was sent message stating that the flowers could not be delivered but they found an alternative delivery for $15 more. I declined and asked for refund. They countered, “how about $10?” “No thanks, please refund my money as I have made other arrangements.” “Ok, how about $5?” “Again, no thanks.” Someone will call you, they said. Caller, “We’re sorry, we can’t cancel the order“ “But I have already ordered elsewhere since you stated that you could not deliver”. “I’m sorry, the order has been placed, we will cover the extra $15”. Great, but now I have 2 flower orders based on your statement that you could not deliver. Still have not seen any flowers. They may end up being fine but why put me through this 2 hour long ordeal? My guess is that they placed the order thinking that I would agree to the $15 charge. Then, tried their best to get me to pay it, then a portion of it before finally conceding to paying it themselves. I spent an extra $10 for “large roses”. I’m sure that was a scam as well. Beware and save your money!

They offer the freshest flowers with such a good price . The services are helpful and they have the best flowers tpp
alos the flowers they sent was fresh, pretty and really good fragrance

They have a good range in flower types which is really amazingI ordered flowers on 1/18 for delivery on 1/23. I paid an express fee to have it delivered by noon because my mom was going to be out in the afternoon.
My mom called me late Saturday night (1/23) to state she did not receive the flowers. I called Just Flowers on Sunday, 1/24 to complain. They said they can't do anything until the local florist gets back to them. They said they would call me back. They did not. I called later in the day on 1/24 and told them that my mom got a call from the local florist saying they couldn't deliver on Saturday and if she wanted the flowers today. She said no and that she wanted a refund. The rep again said that they said they still need to confirm with the florist (the rep would not release the name of the name of the florist to me) but they claim the florist was CLOSED on a Sunday (I told her that's impossible since they called my mom on Sunday) and that someone would get back to me. No one did. I called TWICE on Monday, 1/25 and was told that the florist is claiming they DID deliver it and that they had a delivery log. I asked to see the log and it was emailed to me. It stated that the flowers were delivered at 4:10pm and there was a signature. Except...it wasn't my mom's signature. Whoever forged it spelled my mom's first and last name wrong. Terribly wrong. Also...my mom was at dinner at 4pm so there's no way it was delivered. The customer service rep kept insisting that it was delivered and I said it wasn't. So the rep did NOT believe me. Fast forward to Tuesday, 1/26. I called my mom's community club house and spoke to the manager. I asked if there were any deliveries made around 4pm. She said a local florist, FLOWERS TO GO (West Palm Beach) tried to deliver at 4:15pm BUT the it's a gated community and no one is allowed in to the community if someone was not home. So according to the community manager and the security guard, FLOWERS TO GO was denied entrance. I called Flowers to Go and spoke to Felli. She stated that they did NOT deliver the flowers on Sat. She confirmed that they were denied entrance. She also stated that she called my mom on Sunday (my mom already told me this) and said that they couldn't deliver the bouquet. So...why did Just Flowers claim the flowers were delivered when the local florist admitted to me AND my mom that they weren't? Who forged my mom's signature? Where did these flowers go?? Why didn't Just Flowers believe their customer?!!! I kept saying it was not delivered and the rep kept saying "well , the florist said it WAS delivered" essentially calling me a liar. After 5 calls to Just Flowers, my money was FINALLY refunded. I will never ever use them again.Flowers for funeral
Ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home... paid for expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery. After the funeral, we received notification that the order was not delivered because they couldn't find a local flower shop to make the delivery. So, our condolences were UNRECEIVED by the extended family. Will never make that mistake again!
flowers for Mother's day
Ordered flowers for mother's day early on saturday morning and they promised a saturday delivery. Not delivered on saturday, then they promised a delivery on Sunday, then i get an email that they cannot deliver on sunday. Terrible customer service and they are a bunch of liars on the phone. Stay away from this company, i'll probably never get my $150 back.
Flowers and balloons for birthday
The ordering process and variety of flowers and other items are decent. However, THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS than JustFlowers.com out here. I have ordered flowers from various outfits for years and this is by far my worst experience ever.
I ordered flowers and balloons for my daughter's birthday around noon on a Thursday for same day delivery. They did not deliver until Saturday afternoon. Because of the time of day I placed the order I understood them not being able to deliver same day in Brooklyn.
My biggest problem is the failure to communicate the status. When I called Thursday evening I was told they could not reach the florist but would get back to me. That was Thursday evening. Friday I was told the flowers were out for delivery, only to later learn they were unable to make delivery Friday due to their volume of deliveries. They did not email me until 7:30 PM CST Friday (which went to my spam folder) with an option to cancel my delivery. This is unacceptable whether you refunded me or not since you had half a day Thursday and a full day Friday to complete a basic flower and balloon order.
The deal breaker and the reason I will never use this service and recommend you don't either is how they refused to refund me Saturday morning even though the delivery had not yet been made.
In fact, they were not really apologetic and took no responsibility for failing to delivery my items in a timely matter. I'll be contacting my card provider in attempt to get reimbursed and will tell anyone who'll listen not to use this company for anything.
Save yourself the headache and find another service.Sympathy arrangement.
The arrangement sent to my friend looked nothing like the arrangement that I selected from their website. It was unprofessionally done and looked as if a 5 year old child had put it together. I was embarrassed and ashamed to have it sent in my name. I sent pictures of the arrangement that I had ordered on their website and the arrangement received by my friend to their customer service, who saw no problem with the product. They refuse to replace it with an acceptable arrangement or refund my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Don't waste your money with this company, they do not care about quality or service. I wish I could attach the pictures here of the product I ordered and what was actually sent to my friend
Golden Sunset
Placed and order that came with a $2.75 handling fee and a $11.99 delivery charge. Then on the day it was to be delivered I got a call from a lady with a heavy accent asking for an additional $15. I told her no, then she asked for $7.50. I told her no sternly, and then she said no charge.Two days after the agreed delivery date ,the flowers arrived, but half the message was not there including who sent the arrangement. Poor service. Will not use them again, I am sorry to say.
Mother’s Day flowers
Terrible terrible, flowers for Mother’s Day delivered 5 days late., I hope I got a call 1 day after they were supposed to be delivered. Worst on line experience ever. Do not use this com
Everlasting flowers
This company is a joke. If you google it you will see they are the worst out there. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day they deliver it 2 days in advance not on the holiday. I opted for double upgrade and paid extra $20 and got the basic. Tried calling but no one answers
