Sauna wrap blanket purchase
I've had a really frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a sauna wrap blanket from their website, but it never showed up. When I asked about my order, they said Amazon delivered it, even though I didn't order from Amazon. I tried to sort it out with both Amazon and the company, but they weren't helpful at all and didn't take any responsibility. It's been a struggle to get any answers, so now I'm disputing the charge since I never got the product. I definitely don't recommend ordering from this company because of their bad customer service and lack of responsibility.

Paloma Bourbons sunglasses
I bought a pair of Paloma Bourbons sunglasses back in March 2021. Unfortunately, one of the temples came off after a while. I contacted customer service to let them know how bummed out I was, and they shocked me by offering to send me a brand new pair of frames right away, no questions asked. Their customer service is seriously top-notch and hard to come by these days. I was super happy with how they handled everything and definitely suggest this company to everyone.
