Vibration platform purchase
The vibration platform has seriously changed my health and fitness game. I got it to help with my osteoporosis, and since October, I've seen a big difference in my bone density, weight loss, and muscle tone. It's crazy how well this thing works for me. I didn't even have to change my diet to get these results. I'm so thankful I found it online and decided to go for it. Weight loss wasn't my main goal, but it's been a nice bonus. I totally recommend this product to anyone trying to drop some pounds or get more toned because it's super easy to use - just standing on it does the trick. I did have a little trouble with registration, but the customer service was awesome and helped me through it all. Overall, this product and the service have gone above and beyond my expectations.
Vibration Plate Purchase
This Vibration Plate is seriously amazing! It has four modes and a super easy remote control bracelet. It's been a lifesaver for us. We've had our fair share of slips and falls around the house, and this thing has been a total blessing. Just the other day, I hurt my back falling down the stairs, and this gadget really helped me out until I could get a massage. It relieved my pain, reduced my stress, and loosened up all those tense muscles. We keep it in the family room by the TV, so we can stay active even while watching our favorite shows. Seriously, this Vibration Plate has been great at keeping us moving and warm during the winter months. And it even makes us sweat in a good way! If you're looking to boost your overall well-being, I totally recommend this product.

I love this vibration therapy machine recommended by my doc. I needed a powerful vibration therapy machine and Lifepro delivered. The Waver vibration plater is the best thing I own. I have osteoporosis and this machine has helped me manage it. The waver vibration plate doesn't require assembly and gives great vibrations. Been using it for 5 months and I can testify it does help me with low back pain. Also, I'd like to compliment Lifepro customer service, simply awesome! At first, I was a bit unsure when my doctor suggested I try using a sauna blanket for my health. False advertising and refund delay
I can't even believe the headache I've had trying to get a refund for this product that was totally not what I expected. The video on their site made it seem one way, but what I got was a total knock-off. It was not just a letdown, but it was also a pain to send back because the box was super heavy and I couldn't manage it by myself with my bad back. The customer service folks were friendly, but they seemed all over the place and took forever to get my refund sorted. All in all, it was a total nightmare.
Osteoporosis exercise products
I bought some osteoporosis exercise stuff from this company not too long ago. I got a red light therapy belt, a massage ball, and a 4-1 stepper. I've been using the 4-1 stepper a lot to help with my bones and balance, like my doctor suggested. The quality is top-notch, plus there's a lifetime guarantee, which is awesome. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest these products to anyone in need.
Sauna wrap blanket purchase
I've had a really frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a sauna wrap blanket from their website, but it never showed up. When I asked about my order, they said Amazon delivered it, even though I didn't order from Amazon. I tried to sort it out with both Amazon and the company, but they weren't helpful at all and didn't take any responsibility. It's been a struggle to get any answers, so now I'm disputing the charge since I never got the product. I definitely don't recommend ordering from this company because of their bad customer service and lack of responsibility.
Sauna blanket voucher
I got this sauna blanket voucher for Christmas and I was super pumped to try it out. But every time I try to cash it in, they hit me with this special promo spiel and tell me to hold on. It's been over a month now and I'm still sauna blanket-less. The customer service is a joke, all they do is give me the runaround and make up excuses. Definitely not giving them any more of my business!
Fitness equipment
My experience with this company was beyond disappointing. The customer support was practically non-existent, logging in and tracking orders was a nightmare, and getting a response from them was like pulling teeth. The chat feature might as well have not even existed, with promises of a response the next day that never came to fruition.
Didn't register item for warranty.
The thing just stopped working after I used it three times.
