Sauna blanket voucher
I got this sauna blanket voucher for Christmas and I was super pumped to try it out. But every time I try to cash it in, they hit me with this special promo spiel and tell me to hold on. It's been over a month now and I'm still sauna blanket-less. The customer service is a joke, all they do is give me the runaround and make up excuses. Definitely not giving them any more of my business!

Prescription assistance
I had an amazing time dealing with customer service here. I needed a certain generic prescription because I had a bad reaction to a different brand. The pharmacist, Marc, really went out of his way to find the medication at nearby pharmacies. He called seven different places until he found the exact generic brand I was looking for, then transferred the prescription smoothly. I really appreciate the dedication and care he showed. It was truly impressive.
