Password Recovery Issue
I was so frustrated with trying to recover my password for my account. First of all, I had to make an account just to play the game, which was annoying. But when I needed to reset my password, I hit a roadblock. The company said my account was there, but they couldn't locate it in their system. This lack of responsibility and help is just not cool. I'm not willing to spend my time and money on a company that treats their customers like this.
