Hardware order
I had a really bad experience with this company. They messed up my hardware order, sending me the wrong items. It took me two months of going back and forth with them to sort it out and get some kind of compensation. They hardly communicated with me, which was really annoying. I felt like they were just trying to brush me off and avoid dealing with the problem. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because of how dishonest and bad their customer service is.
