    I have had a decent experience with Marshalls. The company offers a wide range of products, including clothing, shoes, and home decor. The prices are generally reasonable and the quality of the items is decent.

    First off, I just have to say that buying and returning stuff online is a total nightmare. They hit you with hidden fees for mailing back returns that they don't bother mentioning when you're making the purchase. And if you try to return something in person, get ready to waste a bunch of time while they manually go through each item, match it to the receipt, and check it off. Plus, don't even think about getting your refund back the way you paid for it, even if you used PayPal. It's all just so annoying and misleading that I'm done with online ordering for good.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. They messed up my hardware order, sending me the wrong items. It took me two months of going back and forth with them to sort it out and get some kind of compensation. They hardly communicated with me, which was really annoying.     Broken claw machines

    I had a really annoying experience at this store. Every time I buy something electronic, it always ends up broken, damaged, or open. Like, I recently bought two claw machines and both of them were broken and not working at all. I think they should really check all the items carefully before putting them back on the shelves. It's super frustrating and inconvenient to deal with products that don't work. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but the staff really needs to pay more attention to what they're handling. Marshalls is not the place to go if you're looking for quality toys, especially electronics. The only good thing is the friendly staff, but that doesn't make up for the bad quality of the products. I would say steer clear of buying electronics here at all costs!
