Gorgeous leather boots
I just got these amazing leather boots from a store and I'm super thrilled with how everything went. Ordering them was easy, and they got to me super quick and looked great when they arrived. The customer service was top-notch too. When I had a question about returning something, they took care of it right away. The boots are made of really soft leather and the color is stunning. I'll definitely be shopping at this store again when I need new shoes.

Leather tote bag
I just bought this leather tote bag from this company and let me tell you, the quality is top-notch. But man, the customer service was just absolutely terrible. I tried calling multiple times, day after day, and couldn't get through to a real person. My emails were totally ignored, except for some lame inquiry number they sent me. I've been shopping with them for a while now, but this experience really bummed me out. I might have to think twice before buying from them online again.
