I bought a leather tote bag and it was really nice. It came super fast, but I had some issues with customer service. I tried to reach out through email a bunch of times about returning the bag, but no one got back to me. I ended up having to call my credit card company to help me out.
Nice products, terrible customer service
I have to tell you, the stuff they sell here is really good quality, but man, the customer service is just awful. I was trying to get a return label printed and it was a total nightmare. They didn't even bother replying to my emails, and that hold music? Don't even get me started - it's enough to make anyone go insane. It's such a bummer that awesome products are being dragged down by such lousy service.
Leather tote bag
I just bought this leather tote bag from this company and let me tell you, the quality is top-notch. But man, the customer service was just absolutely terrible. I tried calling multiple times, day after day, and couldn't get through to a real person. My emails were totally ignored, except for some lame inquiry number they sent me. I've been shopping with them for a while now, but this experience really bummed me out. I might have to think twice before buying from them online again.

I just bought a bag online and was really surprised by how terrible the customer service was. After I placed my order, I tried to get in touch with their customer service but they don't even answer the phone - they just tell you to send an email. It's pretty frustrating, especially since the bag was so expensive. I was hoping for better communication and support from a company like that. I'm really let down by how little they seem to care about their customers.

Oh my gosh, these bags are seriously so pretty! The leather is really nice and the quality is top-notch. And the prices aren't too bad either.
Wallet Purchase
I bought a wallet from this company not long ago, but the zipper tab broke pretty quickly. I tried to get it fixed by contacting customer service, but they couldn't find any record of my purchase and didn't offer any help. I was really let down by the lack of care and responsibility from them.
Damaged bag
The bag I got was obviously messed up, either when it was stored or while it was being shipped. The end was all wrinkled like it was folded the wrong way. It was a bummer to see how little care was taken in handling my order.
Jewelry Box Purchase
I ordered a jewelry box on December 4th and haven't heard anything about it since. It's December 18th now. I've sent a few online messages but no one's picking up the phone when I call. This was my first time buying from this company and I'm really bummed out by the poor customer service.
Overnighted item
I am so fed up with the terrible customer service I've been getting from this company. I paid to have something shipped overnight and it's been more than 5 days and it still hasn't shown up. Every time I try to call, I just get a stupid automated message saying there's nobody around to talk to me. And when I email them, all I get back is some generic response with a help desk ticket saying my problem is fixed, which is a load of crap because it's not. This is so frustrating and I'm definitely not going to be buying from this company again.
